Listen, it’s taco bell. I get it. But seriously? Not only did you forget the churros but what happened to my quesadilla. 3 people standing at the window and the entire order was done incorrectly. Gotta give a little effort here.

Service was good and polite. I always give a restaurant at least 3-4 try’s before I leave a review. I tried the local Taco Bell 4 times but idk if it was poor training, poor staff but. I couldn’t taste the meat if it was in it. I ordered a burrito supreme, only tasted bean, cheese and maybe a sprinkle of lettuce. No sour cream, no tomatoes, either no scoop of meat or so small you didn’t notice. The burrito was horrible. Basically a tortilla microwaved with beans and cheese inside.

The girl working the drive thru, on 12/4/2025 at approx. 4:30pm had a bad attitude. Sighed and was completely disengaged when I needed a few seconds to pull up the app. Didn’t listen to my order. Charges me extra for chicken and then gave me beef. I asked for sauces. She didn’t give me those either. I had to go into the store to get it, she proceeded to rip my bag whilst putting the sauces in the bag, punctured sauces too. The tacos weren’t wrapped fully so all the fillings spilled out. Just disrespectful, unprofessional, and deplorable. Get your team together and stop being so lazy and careless. If I acted like that, I’d lose my job.

It feels silly to leave a poor review at a fast food restaurant, but I’m going to do it anyway. This is the worst managed Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, and all of the automation has made it so every single person working can be high as a kite with no consequences. So awful.

Our order 3 Nacho Fries, 6 cheesy roll ups 2 Nacho Fries cravings box!! DISAPPOINTED!!! cheese was not filled, Steak Supreme Chalupa 3 pieces of tomatoes and 5 pieces of steak.
