This location is excellent and one of the best Taco Bell locations I’ve ever been to. Tyler as a manager and her staff always provide amazing customer service to me and make sure I always walk away happy. I come here frequently and this entire staff makes sure I am always taken care of. This location deserves high recognition with its operation through and through.

I ordered 3 soft tacos and my partner got three Doritos locos and 3 hard tacos. All of them were cold and completely soggy and falling apart. The soft tacos were so soggy, they were completely inedible. I’m very surprised. This location is always very good so I’m very surprised. This is actually the worst Taco Bell I have ever had.

In 2022 i was homeless and me and my friend (i dont think he was really my friend) came here and i had a drug (fent) overdose in this taco bells bathroom, i am unsure who found me and who apparently narcanned me (the guy i was with didnt have narcan that i knew of and id assume i was narcanned the lady said i was purple and she’d thought i was already gone. I think only narcan would help that) But i still wanted to thank whoever was there to help save my life , whether they work here still or not, i shouldve stayed when they called the ambulance but i got scared i would get in trouble and on the same day because i didnt stay i overdosed again, somehow revived, again
I am clean now. I didnt know what happened i didnt hear much about it, the guy i was with gave me these drugs and wanted to steal my money, but that morning I almost died, not sure who was there, i went back later when that lady said she thought i had already passed because i was purple. But i want to thank your staff for remaining calm and calling the ambulance despite my fear of getting in trouble.

Open 24 hours. Drive thru go by pretty fast. Not much complain. If you want a snack late at night and you don’t want to pay premium at casino this will do. No complaints so far

The staff here are always nice. I don’t eat as much Taco Bell as I used to but, the food is fast and hot. The area is not the best and the clientele are varied but the staff do a great job of keep it clean and calm.

Stereotypical efficiency model Taco Bell. Lobby is third level of hell hot and fairly dirty. Kind and courteous staff though. Food is delicious.

It’s 11/4 @ 1:53pm….I have not been here in a long long time. The two gentlemen working RIGHT NOW are serving every single customer EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have never witnessed such great service at this location. Don’t ever let these 2 go…period. thank you that is all

Came through the drive-through on a Sunday after noon. The worker that took my order seemed to be in a bad mood I order 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos. I answer if they could be grilled as well as for them to “go fresco” on them. Then worker add fresco then add Pico de gallo which add a up charge. I asked worker about is. And she stated it was a up charge then stated that she had to charge me for the tomato because used. I advised the worker does charge when going through the app? And it doesn’t charge on the menu but charging as extra pico de gallo when she added it to the register when she put it on the computer. Worker got irritated that I was asking questions and stated she will give it to me this time but next time I will have to pay. I also asked for an order of fries. Once receiving my food the fries were placed in the bag upside down. Both my burrito weren’t grilled and barely has any beans. Fries weren’t hot and when I tried to get the cashier’s attention she completely ignored me. This was the frustrating interaction with Taco Bell I have ever had.

No cashier. All done through a touch screen now. Saves the millionaires money, I guess. The medium drink is now a small little 12 oz or so drink. (Could have been 16 oz, I am bad with estimation) When I asked, they were unhappy that I asked and said it was, indeed, a medium. Tacos were LITERALLY thrown together. All sour cream on one end of taco, tomatoes and cheese in one lump in a different spot. This location has really gone downhill. It’s not likely I’ll bother coming back. The lack of human interaction, and what little there was… was unpleasant.
