Took a while to get through the drive thru during the lunch rush, but I received a culinary masterpiece of a quesadilla. It was the best thing that has entered my mouth in my entire existence. They blew my mind with this quesadilla. I wasn’t even altered in anyway (usually a requirement for Taco Bell). Please give every worker who participated in the assembly/distribution of this quesadilla a raise and a 2 week paid vacation. Thanks.

Last night around 11pm-12am I ordered something for me and a friend. I clearly told the cashier James I want to split the order. Pay for my friends food with cash and my food with card. He didn’t care to listen and paid most of it with cash and the rest with card. Now I have no change to give back to my friend. I was fine with the mistake until he called this lady to help him fix it. She had an attitude like I did something wrong. She was trying to make me feel bad just cuz they messed up my transaction and now they have to fix it. Telling me oh now our boss is going to ask us why we refunded you? Well tell them it’s cuz y’all don’t know how to listen or communicate with customers. ♀️ These fast food places want you to pay a lot of money just to get crappy customer service and cold soggy Tacos. ♀️

Negative start option? Husband ordered twice this month from here… It hasn’t changed… Only worsened I think. Tacos are premade and left under a heat lamp I think… Why else are my tacos having to be literally peeled off the paper like Velcro? The taco crumbles in your hand and you need a fork to eat it. And now, you place the order for pickup.. Instead of giving you the cup to fill the drink when you get there .. They full it for you and put a sticker over the lid and hole. You can’t get a straw in there because the adhesive won’t come off. You have to take it from a plastic cup, remove the lid and drink it or pour it into another cup.. If you are taking it home. If you eat in the car.. god help you!

Ordered 2 double stackers tacos… Got 2taco Supremes instead. If you place an order for pickup and go while in the store and they still seal the bag while calling your name, they got your order wrong. Check it! They’re using the bag sealing now as an excuse to send out your orders screwed up and think they can get away with it
This store said they no longer carry regular MTN dew…. Therefore… They get no stars!
The brand as a whole… No nacho supreme, no beef and cheese burritos and according to the app.. No regular MTN dew. So, they are on my boycott list. It’s been 15 years since I set foot in a subway and I have never bought anything from a Starbucks… This is easy to boycott as well.

I almost was gonna give you 1 star after waiting in the drive thru line 20 mins!! But when i got up to the window, the guys were so nice and apologetic for the wait. They even offered me a free drink .

They always have you parking, even for just drinks. They don’t get the order right. When they do the value is inconsistent. One day it’s great the next it’s like they weight each lettuce piece by nutritious value. make the extra drive, don’t come here
