The Boss
I have a sore throat. Upon walking in the door I can hear multiple employees say welcome. If there was any employees in the front I would have wave. I understand they are in the back working. The problem coms in were i can hear them talking bad about me for not acknowledging them saying welcome. The bigger problem came from me putting this in a text and showing it when I picked up my food. A simple apology would have stopped this review.

Every time I come to this location, something is either missing or not prepared properly. They messed up on an order of mine about a month or two ago and they were supposed to add me to a list so I could receive that item for free on my next visit. Apparently, I was never added to the list so upon my return, I did not receive the item I was supposed to. There was no apology, or any attempt to make it right.
Now on this trip to taco Bell, they put my Mexican pizza at the bottom of the bag and all the toppings were stuck to the box. Pictured below. The cheesy gordita crunches tasted way off, the outer shell was undercooked, and there was no cheese between the soft and hard shells, also pictured below.
I have a family of six that I feed every time I come here. So I spend a lot when I do come, but apparently they don’t care about doing good business, and making things right they mess up. They got the last $80 out of me today. It is way overpriced now, and the staff has no clue about what customer service really is.

Not happy at all, usually it’s ok, my son purchase food through their app he went to pick it up it didn’t show on their screen. So they did not give him the food , he still got charged $25 and on top of it no refund either. The manager was not helpful at all to resolve the issue. Absolutely disappointed.

The service of the clerk in this store is really bad. At first, no one pays attention to it at all. After ordering, they were there to watch. It took 35 minutes for dinner to be ready. The clerk’s face was black all the way.

The food was fine but I ordered a pizza which got put on the vet bottom of the bag under 5 burritos, 3 of which were the Double steak grilled cheese burrito. They’re heavy!! So my pizza was trashed. This location is typically less than good so I’m not surprised, just disappointed, again.

Good! This location is super nice and before I even left the drive-thru the gentleman had admitted that he gave me the wrong order so he fixed it right away. I truly appreciate good customer service at fast food restaurants all over the place so thank you so much I appreciate you sorry I would mention you if I knew your name but I didn’t catch that but you know who you are keep doing what you’re doing thank you so much!

ordered pick up and the doors were locked. i waited about 5 minutes and they did not open the door and i dont have a car to go through the drive through, as to why i ordered pick up, multiple people also waited and they didnt do anything about the doors.

Why do a review of Taco Bell? I mean, it’s Taco Bell; were you execting something different? Well, no, but how about everything perfectly right? Our food was prepared quickly (despite the Friday noon rush), accurately, and freshly. The people who served us were incredibly polite, and the restaurant was clean, clean, clean. (Especially the bathrooms.) Every once in a while you have to stop and recognize people at the top of their game. This is one of those times. Great work!
