This taco bell has the worst service. 1st time I went there I waited a whole 45min to get my food. 2nd time I went there they skipped my order and I had to go up to the counter to say something. They did apologize and give me (3) free taco coupons. However the coupons expired last year. Food is good though

This amazing wonderful most attentive and I wish I could write a poem of what a breath of fresh air through fast food service I haven’t met in such a long time other than In&Out customer service and employees…. This woman was working at Taco Bell on Craig and Lamb…. Greeting us with a smile and clear voice with a thank you and you’re welcome!!!! I’d drive through there again just to see her and make my day, night!!!! Even if I don’t eat Taco Bell I’ll drive through there again!

Never order from here . Customer service and food sucks. They are super stingy with the food portions. Literally asked for a nacho bell grande with only meat and cheese.They put only enough meat on there for literally 4 chips. I’m pregnant like who wants there food messed up. The employees have good synergy, and they seem to get along well. When I was in the store, they were very professional and very kind. I was only here to pick up a DoorDash order, but their customer service honestly makes me want to come back to this store. And it’s not even the closest one to my house. This store sets the standard for customer service!!

Stopped for lunch. Surprisingly this place is good. Food is hot. Store is clean and quiet. I had to place my order on a kiosk, not used to that. But when I’m working in the neighborhood I will deffently come back!

Definitely hit and miss with this taco bell. I haven’t had 1 visit in the last year where something wasn’t wrong. Prior to this i’ve had some good experiences. If there is another taco bell you can go to, I suggest doing that. Idt they’ll ever get it together ( my opinion)

Ngl this the best taco bell to order from late at night, the night manger is amazing and deserves a raise. Shes sweet and welcoming and always takes care of me. The late night crew under her absolutely kill it at what they do. Ive never not got exactly what I order(the same thing everytime aha) but frfr 10/10 will forever be my favoite taco bell to hit up late night for my favoite after work meal.
