Ordered drive thru . Team member wasn’t friendly. I ordered the party pack she asked if I wanted supreme. I asked her if they would all be supreme because last I ordered supreme tacos only a select few were and not all and I wanted to know if they would all be supreme if I paid extra for supreme. Came in late at night while on my lunch break. I cant express how i seen how this location operate.I hear a white male manager yelling at his employees like he owns them. I spoke to a sweet african american lady manager who works there and she cried expressing the hate she recieves on her shifts from that manager and her leaving due to racism . Canceled my order and before i left he comes out the stores back door gives me a bad look and storms inside. Worst tacobell ever .

I ordered off the app. Worst customer service from the over night manager. This is the second time I’ve had to deal with his ugly attitude. There’s better ways to talk to them customers especially ones that have already paid. Open 24/7 but never open late night. Always a problem with the system. I always have to pull back around after 10 or 20 minutes. Update: I have now waited 10 minutes as asked, and they now asked me again to wait another 10 minutes. The first reason was the system was down. Second reason now is he’s counting the drawer. I’ve done shift change at Taco Bell in the middle of the night. It doesn’t take this long.

The most unorganized taco bell. When we wanted to add another item to our order they made us go around, which is fine. Gave me time to realize they forgot my chips in cheese in my combo for the first order.. She gave me chips and I had to ask again for the cheese and gave me the smallest amount of nacho cheese in the ramekin. Said we wanted hot sauce, gave us fire and the worker said rudely “I don’t have any hot sauce here” (like they wouldn’t have some in the back in a box somewhere) we heard her fighting with a drive thru customer in front of us and the worker at the front was fighting with her manger in front of us Just the whole experience was unprofessional and they need to get it together. Last time we’re going to this location. Oh and we got home and the two double beef burritos we ordered were actually bean and rice burritos. So that was wrong too. Worst location of Taco Bell I’ve ever experienced

I had food delivered. $71 delivered . I get it but my $4 drink was only half there. The food was on point… it was just a Lil too much. Taco Bell though. But for the convenience and then the food was great… it was worth it. I can’t reply on the service cuz i didn’t deal with that side of it. It was pretty quick too.

This Taco Bell has the friendliest staff at night I always go between 1- 4am .. The food is always done right every time… I don’t think I’ve ever had an issue with anything here… I’d say anyone who has a issue is most likely the problem

I ordered a regular soft tacos. They gave me a supreme soft taco with sour cream on 1/2 and a little bit of meat on the other half. My food was not warm. The meat was regular temperature. If you work third shift do not come here it’s a waste of time and money. my cheesy gordita crunch had a handful of meat in it more cheese than anything
