The worst Taco Bell location in history. The staff didn’t greet customers at all—even when they saw them—and stayed in the back with no one at the front counter. Extremely rude and unprofessional. All employees working at this store around 4:00 PM on January 25, 2026 should be fired.

This Taco Bell doesn’t really rate average. In fact, it’s a bit below. Gotta order through a kiosk, which is kind of impersonal. The lobby looked clean initially but when you look, you can see food crumbs on the tables and floors. The condiment station was a disaster (see photo). It looked like someone tried to clean it but forgot to complete the task. The food tasted borderline stale. Meaning, it wasn’t fresh. Can’t say I’d return.

Food is always slow especially inside so we always choose drive through and have to park and wait. The only thing I ever order is fiesta potatoes and potato tacos. Unfortunately today the tacos were cold while the fiesta potatoes were scalding and burnt my lap because the container was smashed up and not closed properly. The staff is nice and the location is relatively clean but I prefer the Taco Bell by Sunset Station.

Edit. Had to add more after reading other reviews. They remembered all my sauce. Everything tasted amazingly and remembered I asked for my jalapeño sauce on the side even though I placed a mobile order with no jalapeno sauce because there is no way to ask for it on the side on the app.
Didn’t even think about it til I was home but the crew on duty tonight came in clutch and remembered for me.

Absolutely the last time I’ll go to this TB ! Price increased 30-40% in the last year for lower quality. I don’t know how they will stay in business! Service sucks with big-time negative attitudes like they are doing you a BIG favor and expect you to “tip”!

One of the tacos was barely wrapped and placed upside down in the bag. Unable to eat the taco as the contents were spilled inside of the bag. My crunch wrap tortilla was not wrapped well and barely had any meat in it. Disappointed overall. This location needs to do better.

Should tell you that you need to order something before you can receive your free tacos. Also should be able to pick up tacos for the number of tickets that you have and not the number of people with you.

While we were there one of the girls “working” was out in the dining area literally being molested by her boyfriend while he had his hand up her shirt. The same girl was handing out free drinks to what I assume was her little brother. Both of these people were talking up tables and not buying anything.
Two other workers were sitting in the back office chatting.
Another one was sitting in the dining room eating.
Another one was walking around with his pants sagging well below his waist, proudly showing off his underwear.
People stood at the counter for multiple minutes being ignored by staff.
A door dash driver stood there for 10 minutes waiting for an order.
Several of the unused tables were not cleaned.
All of this was in the 30 +/- minutes that we were there. I could only imagine what a person could watch all day!
I think the owners/management would be well served by checking out their security footage once in awhile.

It took so long to get my bag that m food had gone cold. I called and spoke to a manager.
A few days later, I go in person as the manager offered me a remake.
The manager I spoke to in person called the other manager IN FRONT if me, as If she didn’t believe me. I found her to be extremely rude.
Next time I’m going to Wendy’s.
