The food is good if they have what it takes to make it. everytime me and my wife go here they are always out of literally the necessary ingredients of everything. we were once told they are out of beef, cheese, rice, sauce, and steak along with more stuff i cannot remember. when we said okay no thanks we’ll go somewhere else they all cheered into the mic. i lowkey think they had everything but didnt want to make it. even though this incident was a one time thing they are ALWAYS out of SOMETHING thats in half of all the food. so prepare to not even get what u want when going here.

Brandi was an masterclass in customer service. This woman should be made C.E.O or at least at very minimum security guard. She was also very assertive. She made it very clear that the dining room was closed at 10:00pm . This lady is actually so good at making sure the store closes at 10 PM that she locked it at 9:55. And to top it all off she wrote off on her scooter at near or over light speed Bare minimum Mach 5. Such an impressive genetically superior human being 10 out of 10 . I’m so excited and satisfied with your service. I can’t wait to c u next Tuesday.

The food was acceptable but, don’t expect anything resembling friendly service. Also they will not take your order at a register. They bark at you if you ask a question. I saw it happen to some other customers also. It has been a long time since I have been in this location and I will not be returning anytime soon.

No One even said Hello when we entered or while standing in the lob
by we Ordered from the screen, that was dirty with taco sauce on it. The order was made wrong , ordered supreme we received regular with no tomatoes (and we added sour cream to pinto )

Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to in the las vegas area. I always try to give them another shot, and every time they fail me. Soggy tacos, quesadillas that don’t get sliced, crunchwrap with no hard shell inside. Don’t spend your money at this Taco Bell go to the one in Henderson.

I placed a mobile order and sent my grandson to pick it up. When he got home with our order I was missing my nacho bell grande. I immediately called the store and was told they could not send it out with someone, even though they do have delivery, nor could they refund my money since it was a mobile order. I would have to drive back to get this taken care of. I told her I was not happy but I would be coming back to get my item. When I got there I had to wait for it to be made. Needless to say I will not be going back there.
