Came in to dine in and the restaurant has zero napkins what kind of a restaurant is this i even asked a manager and they said they have zero napkins i will never come back what a horrible experience i will also be calling corporate. Bought a Mexican pizza and looks like it was cut with a dirty utensil because it had some sort of black residue along the cut line. At first I didn’t notice it. Took a bite and instantly had a weird taste to it. That’s when I notice the black residue. Hopefully I don’t get sick.

I decided to try this location again, after a year of fear. The food was bitter and tasted like chemicals that were not rinsed from food prep. This visit was a burrito supreme. I could not tell the ingredients apart. It was mushy and smashed so badly, it looked like garbage already thrown away. No lettuce the beans and meat were reddish brown glop. Most went in the trash, where it looked at home. 6 plus dollars for a wad of unidentifiable food. You used to do better Taco Bell. I’ve been a customer for a while. Ah, next year maybe I’ll try again. If I can forget about this fiasco.

I feel bad because im a vegetarian so I have a pretty complicated order and I go there a lot and have the same order so today I placed the order I usually make and there was nothing wrong or bad with the burrito there just wasn’t any rice so I called and asked if there was anything i could do the girl I spoke with was very nice and understanding her name was Vanessa and whenever I came and picked up my order they gave me a free cinnamon twist!! Not to mention my order was made at 10:28 but I couldn’t eat until like 12:00 and they were still able to help me out very nice workers thank you guys!

Addie in drive thru was absolutely sweet. She really made me and my daughters day. Any bit of kindness can really change someone’s day ❤️ I did and online order and everything was freshly made and ready for when I went to pick up. My whole order was correct!

They were very polite I’m kind of handicapped and I can’t work my cane and walk and carry the tray with the food on it and especially carry the drink and I asked them to bring it to me and they said sure and they brought it to me when it was ready and they were very polite with me. I will always go back there for Taco Bell and it was very good the tacos and the burrito and everything I had was perfect.

I ordered two family 12 packs tonight and the young lady at the drive through was very rude. The tacos had very little meat. This was definitely not worth the $46.47 I spent !

Pretty reliable and consistent. They usually get the order correct nine out of ten times…which is fantastic for Las Cruces. Taco Bell is not one of my favorite places to eat, but I can definitely appreciate the hot food that is always the same every time you order it. You know exactly what you are going to get when you order it. I love the slushes that they have. Right now they have a mango whip freeze that is really good, and I also liked the pineapple one that they had. The dragon fruit tea was pretty odd though…not my cup of tea! Taco Bell works great when you are in a hurry and need to grab something really fast. We always order ahead on the app too so we don’t have to wait too long. I only wish you could order more hot sauce on the app. You can only order 25 packets. I know it sounds like a lot but when you are ordering for 3 teenagers and two adults…it’s not enough!

Drive thru is rough. Much work goes in to making sure the order looks good on the screen only to get home, again, and nothing is correct in the bag. Short a taco and a supreme fresco burrito and a fresco taco as well. See picture of tacos that did make it. See picture. Rough. Just glad there are more options coming to the area.
