The systems here are always “down.” I’ve stopped by three times in the past three weeks while working out of town and get the same excuse every time. Meanwhile, employees are outside smoking in groups while telling customers they can’t take orders.
Really disappointing because I like Taco Bell, but I won’t be returning to the Vegas location. Hopefully someome above the store management sees these reviews and addresses the issue.

Craving tacos but for some reason the lady can’t take my order and told me to leave. I’m sure she saved me from a 24hr tummy ache. I miss the 1990 Taco Bell. There’s no such thing as good service or good food when it comes to places like this. Pathetic

I’ve never really had bad experiences at Taco Bell, but this is the absolute worst I’ve ever been to. To start, the service was okay-nice at first and then kind of rude. I ordered beef chalupas and received chicken. It also barely had much in it as pictured and the shell that’s supposed to be soft was hard. The taco it came with was cold and a mess. We also ordered spicy potato soft tacos and they weren’t filled. Our order was overall sloppily made.

Got the taco and burrito craving pack all of them almost empty the burritos as well! We were only passing by the town glad about that. Never coming to this taco bell again

I ordered 3 cheesy bean & rice burritos. One of them was no creamy jalapeño, no cheese, easy rice. I got the burrito and all the toppings were slopped over to one side, there was plenty of rice, and almost no bean. When I brought it to a staff member’s attention she said it was the proper portions after barely looking at it.
That’s what the attached photo is of, and it’s taken even after I shook off a little bit of the extra rice. She claimed that was a full serving of beans but it looks like barely a plastic spork full, I’ve never had a Taco Bell put such a tiny helping of beans on a burrito, or pushed all over to one side like that.
My fiancé also noticed a male employee eating while preparing food and it really grossed him out, he wasn’t able to eat his second burrito.

This place has become ridiculous. expensive. I ordered steak burrito. I got like three pieces of steak. Bite size pieces. I am pretty much done with vast food places. Sixteen dollars for 2 burritos?
