Multiple employees refused to take my order at the counter, or anyone else in line behind me, and were directing us to a kiosk. If I wanted a human-less experience, I would have gone through the drive through, or to any given Walmart. Another lady asked if they were refusing to take orders and was told yes. That’s ok. There are other food places at this same intersection. Do these people realize they are participating in the eventual elimination of their own jobs?

Service is VERY slow! Went through drive-thru and it took 10 mins to order and even longer to get food. The food was some what decent (what u can expect from taco bell) The main manager Felicia is VERY rude. Only reason I go here is because my daughter likes the tacos. I won’t be back for a long time.

Driving on a long road trip and this was not the place to stop. The burrito was half the size of normal (from other locations across the US I’ve been to regularly). They wouldn’t take our order at the counter, which is whatever, but they didn’t tell us to use the kiosk for 5 minutes meanwhile they were cranking out drive thru orders. The bathroom sink hasn’t been cleaned in ages and the music in the restaurant was so loud it was like they don’t want people to dine here.

This was not a good experience. My son and I placed orders for vegetarian burritos with add ons. When we received them, we double checked. Two of them had meat. When we asked them to remake them, they were not kind or apologetic. They acted as though the error was our fault despite us having the receipt to prove we had ordered incorrectly.

Me and my 2 workers came to eat and the gentleman told us to use the kiosk. I paid card and waited 15 min to get my food my workers ordered same time but paid cash and it took over 30 min for them to call them up to pay and another 18min to get there food. And not to mention the guy wrapping the food is drinking a soda on the line date April 5th 2023 5pm to 550pm . 50 min for them to get there food. Wow if I could give no stars I would.
