Super great coming here in the afternoon the people are so great there’s one old lady who kind of brings down the experience other than her everyone is great I love they’re food and they make me feel like I belong everytime I go. I never have issues with getting the wrong order or missing and food. And the food is just as great as the crew. Taos Taco Bell is awesome.

Spent $46 something for chalupa. Seriously this is how much chicken they put in All six we ordered!. Asked for no sauce or garnish. They took out cheese too. EXTREMELY Disappointed with these skimpy little things after we go there once a week. Need to find somewhere else after this.

As you can see, there is pretty much no meat in my crunchwrap “supreme”. I’m crying as I eat it cuz it’s the only food I’ve been able to afford all day.
I want to commend the employees Good job saving the corporation a couple pennies by starving ppl who get paid minimum wage like you that’s def how you become richer
This is the third try I gave this place. It’s always been bad like…. a dry spicy potato taco w/ 2 drips of chipotle sauce in it. Fun fact: I waited over 11 min to get a cup of chipotle that I had to pay for to make it edible. That 11 min is after waiting 7 min to order with no one in front of me in line btw. They were all outta hot sauce packets at the time, so I had to endure the nonsense.
Honestly I’m gna have to cook from home & pack lunch since the fast food is not a viable option and local restaurants are priced for tourists :/ More work, oh goody.

I don’t eat at Taco Bell but the kids like it. This time the kids couldn’t even eat it… it was all COLD. I think they were just as frustrated as I when waiting over 30 minutes to order in the drive-through line, and then at the window, another 30 minutes! A fellow took my money and then came back and asked me if I had already paid! He promptly disappeared. I told various voices over the (difficult to hear) microphone system that I was not in a big hurry, but the line behind me was probably going to do damage to my person or my vehicle because they probably thought I was the reason nothing was happening in the line or at the drive-in window!
I did not get a receipt, no drinks, and no hot sauce. When a different person at the window shoved the food at me, I told her that I had been looking at that bag on the counter through the drive-in window for half of the 30 minutes that I sat there. She said, “no, I just put that out there” then shut the window in my face. No drinks, no hot sauce a CLOSED window and angry folks waiting for me to MOVE! When I got home, I put the entire order in the trash because I wouldn’t want any of my friends or family to eat the food prepared by people that could not care for their customers wellbeing!

You go there to order a cantina taco but they give you a regular soft taco. You ask for a taco supreme and never do you get that. Ask for a receipt and they never have one available because then you have proof they never give you the food you ask for.
I just have to stop going there but other members of my family are still delusional and think they will get better.
Taco Bell management has never responded to me so they are the same and probably why they hire those kind of people

Drove through ordered three meal boxes and received them in a bag, no boxes. Got home and every tortilla was as hard as a rock and stuck to the wrappers. Very minimal food inside of any one of them. I asked for no lettuce, in every single one of them had at least four or five strands of lettuce. Even ones that didn’t have lettuce as part of the recipe. Last time we went my tostada shell was so old that it was flaking apart and extremely stale. This place is completely disgusting. We won’t go back. I gave the place a chance after how horrible it was last time thinking maybe it might have gotten better since it’s been so long. I’ve done that more times than I’d like to admit, and every time, I’m wrong.

If you try to dine in, everyone ignores you at the cashiers desk. Except Roberta, she is the only employee who is attentive. A simple, “we’ll be right with you” goes a long way.

I came in at 745 waited at the counter were the girl in drive thru had no one there and still couldn’t take our order. One guys that was cooking were his gloves out while talking to someone and then came in and didn’t change his gloves. Nasty
Then I don’t get out of there until 8:20. But not only that everything I ordered was incorrect. Tried to call back to see if I can get it fixed and nobody wants to answer the phone what’s the point.
Not to mention the places dirty.
I know there’s big money in Taos it makes no money in Taos it makes no sense that as a tourist you can’t get a quick meal.
