Taco Bell uses touch screens to order. I had to get some help to finish up my order. I had a crunchy Gordita and a taco. Small ice tea no sugar with a splash of lemonade. lol great location.

I rarely rate fast food restaurants because the expectations are so low but after having a bad experience going inside to order, I was given a handwritten credit by a female employee. Of course the location would not honor it 3 weeks later when presented with it because they (all guys working the drive-thru) claim they didn’t recognize the employee’s initials. After having come to this location since it opened many years ago won’t be coming back. Too bad there’s no Taco Cabanas in Santa Fe.

The guy at the drive thru is so rude. When you order he just keeps saying, “what alse, what alse” and then when your done he’s like, “is that it, $29.87” I’ll change this to 5 stars if you can get him to stop. I also ordered the nachos cheese dip and chips and they forgot the chips so I had a pointless dip that I paid for go to waste

As a fire rewards member that eats at taco bell way too often, I can confidently say this location has the most consistently functioning freeze machine (unlike the one by meow wolf ) and most accurate order fulfillment of all the taco bells in santa fe. They are efficient and don’t skimp on portions (also unlike the one by meow wolf ). The food received matches what is advertised. On the rare occasion that you order ahead and some ingredient or item happens to be out of stock they offer multiple acceptable, in-kind substitutions to choose from.

Santa Fe is a great place if you want to go to a restaurant drive-through, pay for your order, then not get all of the food you ordered. This Taco Bell is the worst in town for that. Amazing how much this place sucks.

Boycott this Taco Bell. Everytime I come to this location there is always one issue or another the food is almost always bad, the managers are rude and couldn’t care less about customer service. Never have any issues at the other two locations, it’s just this one
