So I ordered a Nacho Bell Grande and found a hair in my food. I was not happy with the service I was given tonight. I talked to the manager and told her to wear a hair net next time. She was rude and said, “we are, sir,” but I saw her hair exposed and without a hair net. I didn’t get her name, but I won’t be coming back to this Taco Bell in awhile. Fix your mistakes.

I ordered delivery through the Taco Bell app and they only delivered half the meal. To be honest I was pretty upset and I called the store. I think his name was “Delray” took the call handled it great, and even brought me the rest of my order. Thank you! Great customer service and thank you! 5 stars all the way.

The lady that worked at the window on Friday night 5/23 needs to be replaced ASAP. This chick (native chick with glasses) had absolutely no sense of customer service. I pulled up to the window and she just started handing me stuff without saying anything. I sat there and had to wait for her to come back over and I asked “is this everything?” And she said, “ya” and walked away. So rude. Fire that woman now!
Update, it wasn’t everything, this chick rushed through without paying any attention, I made it home, realized they forgot a burrito l, so I had to go back. This chick is costing the company money.

The food was good and my order was made exactly as requested. The service was very fast and the place was nice and clean. All the condiments were stocked, and I was in and out in a jiffy! Staff was also friendly and thorough repeating my order back to me since I had made quite a few changes.
