Cashier was trash a two year old could take an order better, order was wrong the only right part was a Mexican pizza they put at the bottom so it was great to scrape off the top not to mention I’ve never had a soggy mexican pizza until now. Won’t be back

We did a door dash order and they made an item incorrectly, when I called to address it, the “manager” who answered the phone at 19:57 this evening hung up when I asked for her name, and when I called back IMMEDIATELY hung up on me. A disgusting display of lack of customer service. If she had simply said, I’m sorry next time you come by we’ll make you a new one, I would have been happy with the outcome, but she refused to even entertain anything besides call Door Dash (who refunds less then a third of the price.)

I can’t remember her name but the woman that usually works the drive-thru window is the nicest lady ever. She is patient and just genuinely kind. The type of nice that will change a bad day into a better mood! Everyone there is great. There is another lady there that will help with pranking your kids!!!!!! I love it!!! We love this location!!!!!

They forgot over half my order, I called next day to let them know and see if I could get the items that I paid for and did not receive and the girl on the phone was SO INCREDIBLY RUDE! If I talked to someone like that at my work I’d be fired! She even hung up on me. This is horrible customer service, it is not my fault yall forgot my food that I paid for, and then the employees are going to be rude!! How insane!!

It’s Taco Bell. Not much to say. On this visit, the di ing area was spotless, the staff was nice, and my food was all made correctly and relatively quick.
I won’t rate the food on taste because we all know what Taco Bell tastes like. Quality is a better measure, as all the items I ordered came out correct, and nothing felt cold or gross. My Mexican pizza seemed a little depressed, but all my regular tacos were fine.
