Ordered on Taco Bell app and they forgot tomatoes sour cream and guacamole on the nachos, didn’t put sour cream in any of the 5 taco supremes. Shoot I think they forgot all toppings and meat in the tacos too! See photos. The same burritos but they are different sizes. One drink was so watered down it looked like dirty water. Tried calling the store and they have a recording saying they aren’t available.

I rarely leave reviews, but this location has consistently been disappointing. Especially during the night shift. Almost every single order I’ve placed here has been incorrect in some way. Missing items, wrong items, or completely messed up customizations. It’s beyond frustrating to pay for food and repeatedly not receive what you ordered.
What makes it worse is the customer service. The manager has been extremely rude and dismissive when mistakes are brought up. Instead of taking accountability or trying to fix the issue professionally, the attitude feels defensive and disrespectful. That alone makes customers not want to come back.
On multiple occasions, I’ve also witnessed employees standing outside near their cars, taking pictures and smoking marijuana. It does not give the impression of a well-managed or professional establishment. Especially when it’s minors running the whole place. When staff appears more focused on hanging out than working, it makes sense why orders are constantly wrong.
This location seriously needs better management, better training, and accountability. Until major improvements are made, I can’t recommend coming here.

I ordered a famous chicken bowl last night from the drive-thru. I got home and there was no chicken whatsoever in it. I felt targeted, almost as if they did it on purpose. This is the worst managed and staffed KFC / TACO BELL in the state. Please hire competent managers and mature staff members ASAP. Many of us in the area are quite unhappy with this location’s handling of business matters and their customer service.

I ordered a Chalupa and I got a lettuce and tortilla and cheese. I tried to address the issue and they forgot one of our burritos and they forgot to give me the receipt so they didn’t want to give me a refund even though it showed on my bank statement do not go here. The management sucks.

The employees here are extremely rude. I was asking about the rewards program to give a 4 digit code and a female employee got on the speaker and literally yelled at me and stated “we don’t do that here; it’s at participating locations” I called her out because they have a sign posted on their speaker box about their rewards program. She just didn’t respond and left me in silence. I just said never mind it’s okay.

Imagine ordering an item getting your bag and said item is missing. Go ask about it and you are told we don’t have any. Ok. How you just hand me my bag and say enjoy knowing the said item not in there. Then wanna replace it with an item less value and different type (sweet vs meat) Smh. Could go on but I just won’t deal wit them anymore. Lol

Have been here multiple times and terrible every time. Never had a messed up order till today every thing on my order was wrong I got the $5 luxe box I got the wrong burrito and chips instead of cinnamon twist. All the other times food has been cold and or missing. Will not continue to come here and will just make a further drive to a different location so my order will be right. Which is inconvenient due to how close this location is. Will definitely bring my money to a different location

Our order was completely un-ingestible. Everyone passed the buck and i received no help at all or offer to correct it. Still no response from the district manager nor the general manager? I received $ 8.00 in food that was not even edible but let alone all of the more expensive items we ordered were not even rendered! We ordered $50.00 in food. Paid for everything 100% completely left in the dark. I guess I will have to call corporate again and see if anyone there even cares. Wow!

I ordered a grilled cheese burrito and bell grande nachos. I waited in line for 15 minutes and then they told me they were out of nacho sauce for the nachos so i took those off my order. i tried to add a taco to my order and she told me i couldn’t add anything at the window. then when i got home my burrito was AWFUL! i knew there wasn’t going to be any nacho sauce in there but there was no rice and no chipotle sauce and no regular cheese. just chicken, tortilla strips, and sour cream. they didn’t even melt the cheese on the outside of the burrito. i’m frustrated that i spent my time and money here.

I ordered through Uber app more often than not..but this will be the last time i order at this location again. EVERY SINGLE TIME i am missing items or what i get is missing ingredients. Tonight i was missing two whole meals from an online order, its not hard to double check the bag before its handed off..
