The last handful of times or more, have been a horrible experience. The food was poorly put together and was smashed, missing items. The last handful of times have been horrible. They always give us our Mexican pizza completely smashed with all the cheese on top of box, not once but more than 4 times has this happened not once but many times. the most recent visit the tow young girls at the window were extremely rude and were mocking me and ignoring me.. when I asked her to speak to the manager to bring it to her attention That this was the fifth time our food was incorrect, She was just as bad as the two young girls she did not care to hear my concerns or my wishes to correct my order. Refused to give me her name. She also seemed like she had laryngitis she hardly had any voice which is very highly concerning when preparing food. This is the worst customer service and food I have ever experienced. The higher-ups really need to get involved here because I’m sure it’s happening more than we know. I would stay away from this place.

I’m a doordasher. It took them 40+ minutes to make 2 simple orders. And they still struggled to make other customers orders as well. There has been other customers here waiting 10 plus minutes just for their orders as well. I thought this was fast food. This place takes longer than a restaurant and needs to be shut down. Don’t come to this location whatsoever. There’s a location on unser and one on golf course and they both provide good service and better wait times. Never go to the location on paradise

Ok this is like any other taco bell and or KFC ! But instead of grown fully mature adults, there are teenagers working the drive up window and that’s how it should be. No offense to youngsters you all have to learn!
The last 4 visits ugh no napkins! Some sauce but clearly not rationed to fit the amount of food purchased ! Sporks when necessary!? Oh KFC purchase almost every order should come with utensils! Can’t eat my taters without a spoon ! Or spork ! Other than that well , keep working y’all

I came in hoping to get a quick grub before i headed home and got the most awful service from a blonde girl at drive thru also taking orders on the counter. Could not explain how rude she was , I had asked for a chicken quesadilla with no creamy jalapeno sauce and she looks at me and says “so would you just like a cheese quesadilla ” same experience every visit no okay!

Just ordered the Crunchwrap Supreme and it was more like the Flapwrap Mediocre. Came out looking like someone sat on it, with just enough meat and cheese to legally avoid a fraud lawsuit. If disappointment had a flavor, this would be it.

10/22/22 between the hours of 8:57 pm and 9:30 pm my order was made horribly wrong. The chips I ordered tasted like burnt grease, my chapula was burnt and tasted like card board. Plus my drink never made it with the order. My fries were cold and tasted a day old. Just don’t eat here.

This location constantly disappoints. TB side is okay, sometimes, but the KFC side always tastes and looks like the chicken is reheated 3 day old chicken.

Don’t go to this taco bell they always forget half your order. I went home opened the bag to find 3 of my 5 items missing, returned to the store with the bag asking them to remake it. They made the items they missed but just put my cold fries and taco back in the bag instead of making new ones. Glad I made two trips for cold fries. I have given them many chances but will not go to this location again.

Price is always good. Food was good but sloppy made. Drive through you are rushed and who ever the lady was last night was rude as heck. I get your busy but can’t people look at the menu for a moment. It’s not about how fast you are it’s about customer service and last nights customer service made me rate a one. Taco Bell please give better trying to your drive through employees. My chicken strips where thin as can be and pretty much breading. Pepsi was good. Tacos where good.
