I ordered on the app at 0100. It took me about 20 minutes to get there. I really appreciated them not making it until I got there so it was fresh and the tacos weren’t falling apart. Great late night dinner. Cheers!

This Taco Bell is a sham they skimp you on everything after 12! I order 30$ worth of food and they give you like 15$ worth with the amount they put they need to do something about there cook people and make it right! Never coming to this location again!!!!

I went tonight (3/3/2026 1:40am) and got my usual late night taco bell burrito (cheesy double beef with added beans and grilled) and I’ve got this exact order from almost every taco bell in abq and it’s often 1-3am and I never expect it to be the greatest because it’s so late in the night but let me tell you whoever was working in the kitchen that night and made my burrito was on POINT, absolutely fantastic thank you so much Juan Tabo tabo bell

If I could do 0 stars I would . Ordered a beefy 5 layer , a steak burrito & 2 soft taco supremes & they had little to no meat in them everything was just cheese & garnish . Only 3 hot sauces for all that . Spoke to the manager couldn’t even understand them on the phone at that don’t recommend this Taco Bell specifically at all

I went tonight and the night manager Sabrina was working the drive thru windows, she gave me plenty of sauce for my food (I eat like 7 per item lol I know im wierd) yhe tacos tonight were especially full of each ingredient making my food delicious, she gave great customer service and even chit chat with me while I waited. A wonderful experience which I dont see at many fast food restaurants. She was a delight and I left happy and got home to great food. Thanks for hiring people like her who actually care!!

Upon ordering chicken nuggets i was told they dont sell them anymore… why is the item still on the menu if its a discontinued item? I ordered salted Carmel churros and a Sierra mist. When I get to the window and wanted to add a few more tacos I was told I would have to go back through drive thru again they dont add to orders at the window. The drink wasn’t full and when I got home the churros weren’t in the bag. Luckily I wasn’t charged for them. This whole experience made me feel like the people working the night were lazy… maybe it’s because Sabrina was off today.

Arrived around 4pm. Just after the lunch rush. There are homeless people around this area. Inside the shop I was not greeted immediately until I approached the register. I placed my order on the app with specific items made a certain way. The lobby was adequate in cleanliness. A few tables had signs of people sitting in them. The music kept skipping every so randomly. Sitting near the windows on the north side I watched as the employees made the food. After about 7 minutes the food was ready and brought to my table.
Food made as ordered. Nothing missing. Nothing replaced. Nothing substituted. Chalupa bread came out soft. Taco came out in one piece, burrito tortilla fluffy. And the quesadilla was not ruined by the jalapeno sauce what so ever as requested.
Only one small issue is with the seasoned rice. A bit of it was dry in my burrito. Only 1 bite had dry rice.
Not sure what others are talking about in their reviews for this place. This is an honest review with pictures for proof.

There are so many authentic Mexican restaurants here in Albuquerque but sometimes you just want something cheap and tasty. Taco Bell never disappoints. Today, I had a burrito supreme and two regular soft tacos for under $11.00. The gentleman who assisted me, was also very courteous.

I don’t know if you guys fired the previous workers or if you just enforced certain food procedures but the bean burritos are really good right now.I get flashbacks of 2007 when taco bell actually cared about the quality of their food. The bean burritos used to be awful, like fishy. So if you did replace staff or if you simply enforced effort into the quality of food, I thank you! This review is going to stay at 5 stars unless you mess up the bean burritos again.
