Look at these reviews, I wonder why. This has got to be the worst taco bell in Albuquerque. Everytime i get a soft taco it literally has about a tbsp of meat and a few pieces of confetti lettuce. My “beefy 5 layer burrito” had nothing but sour cream and also had a tbsp of meat. My drink tasted like straight carbon. I see all these reviews about bugs ect. I wouldnt be suprised if this place got shut down. This will definitely be the last time I go to that location. The one on eubank and Montgomery has got to be the Best one in Abq!

Let’s just say Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!!! I drove thru the drive up and the girl seemed completely lost. She made a mistake on my order to start. I was charged twice ($42.) and she wasn’t sure she refunded me back my money $42. for a party box and 2 burritos and one drink seemed kinda a lot for my order. Again she seemed completely lost and confused. She went to ask for help from another employee and low and behold none of the other workers knew a bit of English none of them could talk to me or the girl doing the register. The manager came to help her after 20 minutes of waiting for all of them to figure it out and even then none of them could fix the problem. She told me she thought it was refunded but check my account and see if it was fixed because she wasn’t sure. She told me it will take a few days to go through, and if it didn’t to comeback and they would try and figure it out. Ughhh!!! Got home all mad and upset took out my order everything was cold cold and the food was so gross I just can’t believe I even paid for any of it OMG!!! My burritos were practically empty and looked like the food was smeared on the inside. This whole experience was Terrible please don’t eat there!!! Fair warning stay away!

Chips always taste like chemicals. Probably a dirty fryer that never gets cleaned. Also orders are always consistently made with poor quality and wrong. Managers really need to step up the training here

I went inside to place an order. My order was lost twice. Took about 20 minutes to get my food. My order was accurate, but my food contents were terrible. I got a beef chalupa with hardly any meat in it and a bean burrito with close to no beans. I eat here a lot so was very disappointed by the service and the food on this visit. If I had dined in, I would have returned the items. The picture is the bean burrito I ordered with extra everything. Very disappointing as I usually get good food and good service at this location. Also, the beverage station was a mess.

Terrible experience: cinnamon twist given thru drive thru spilled inside and smashed. Was told to go to other taco bells since I didn’t like service m. Very sad response to terrible services.

Absolutely terrible customer service!! When we pulled up all the girl said was “order when you’re ready” and then when we pulled up to pay while she was swiping our card she left the window open ignored us and was carrying on a personal conversation with her supervisor. Like seriously? Close the window if it’s that important. There was a male working and he was super friendly, he stuck his head out the window and told my husband he liked his tattoos and was actually nice enough to ask if we needed anything else or sauces. We ordered two cheesey gordita crunches and two beefy 5 layer burritos. The gordita was not warm, my 5 layer burrito was good but my husband said his wasn’t that warm and you could see his refried beans were stale.. would not go here, go to a different location.
