Well I pulled up to the drive-thru and I was immediately made aware that they were out of beef, nacho cheese sauce, tortillas, and a few other products I’d already made my order on my app. So they offered to basically upgrade my meal to steak. And then give me a Doritos Locos Taco instead of a soft taco. That’s awesome and I’m very happy with how they handled their missing food products. I know they took a little bit of a food cost. But that’s how it should be dealt with if you are out of products you should be upgrading customers for the inconvenience. I did see several cars to drive right through though and not order. I was overall very happy with my meal

It’s great. The only thing I thought could be improved on was the young man at the drive thru could have been a little more helpful. From the order placement window I asked if they could break a Fifty dollar bill. I was ordering close to $15.00 worth of food. He tells me no without even checking with his supervisor, and I felt like that was poor customer service.

Ordered 2 craving boxes didn’t take long to come. The only problem is that we didn’t get our drinks so we waited at the register for more than 5 minutes. While the girl in the back was on her phone??? They don’t have a bell. More than one person has been trying to get their attention. Saying excuse me? Can we get better customer service? Not really hard.

Order 2 tacos and a burrito. Got home to find only one taco in the bag, and that was basically an empty corn tortilla. Almost $2 for a taco and they couldn’t even fill it with lettuce. More than disappointed

The drive through is by far one of the most silly designs I’ve seen in a while. Service is meh, some reason each time you use the app to order food at this location the workers decide to give you whatever they want to give you, instead of whatever you ordered.

I actually had to go back to have them fix this,nope they didn’t fix it correctly. Doesn’t even look like the advertising on the screen. Last Place I’ll get my order,so disappointed…should’ve just got my refund back!! Not a Happy customer here.

My daughter was excited to eat inside and get pizza, we waited at the register for about 15 minutes, employees walked by looked at us and never came to help us. Drive-thru is their only priority so they should close their dinning room. This is the 3rd time this has happened to us, but pervious 2 times they finally helped us after clearing drive-thru Customers. We did a Google search for the next closest TB/Pizza Hut. Drove to the location on San Mateo. They have a Pizza Hut sign but they no longer serve pizza. Very disappointed! This company can’t seem to get anything right.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! If you don’t want to be disappointed, I suggest choosing another place . Skimping would be an understatement, it is almost criminal how much they cheat you! The food is sloppily prepped . And staff is worse, I thought first time was an isolated incident, but no its pretty common at this location. They can never get an order right I don’t know whose managing this establishment but they are doing a horrible job. It’s a shame. The whole staff should be fired !
