Absolute worst Taco Bell location! Never leave without checking your order. Every order we’ve done is missing multiple items. The night hours don’t bother! They make you wait in line then send you to wait in the front just to give you your order incorrect they hurry back inside and lock the doors. Once you get done checking if your food is there which 99% of the time it’s missing something then you have to wait back in line for them to fix it. The staff has a crappy attitude and don’t care. They are too busy chatting amongst each other to care! People use their money to buy this food and it’s expected that the food I PAY FOR IS PROVIDED! Also, don’t even bother trying to order DoorDash from this location because you’ll be left without food and not because the dasher but because of this horrible Taco Bell location!

Idk how you can call this fast food. I’ve been stuck in the drive through for almost half an hour and there were maybe six cars in the drive through ahead of me.

It’s just Taco Bell. I will say that the owner understands that food cost is not what drives a restaurant out of business. Not having customers is what drives a restaurant out of business. This place actually builds a taco the way it should be.

The overall customer service was excellent as-well as the atmosphere. This taco bell is one of the cleanest locations and every time I seemed to be greeted and treated great and the food is served extremely fast demonstrating the term “fast food” I highly recommend this Taco bell location to anyone and the GM here and morning crew are phenomenal!

For as much as they charge…they need to do better. My WHOLE meal had almost no meat. Tacos were falling apart and mostly lettuce. We spent almost $60 for dinner. We were all highly disappointed. Never going back.

This particular location was fantastic, the lobby seemed to be very pact and the employees were friendly and keeping the customers satisfied and were giving out food fast. I also tend to use the drive through at this location and the employees always generate good conversation and are enthusiastically engaged.

Let me tell you about the older gentleman that works what I’ve seen to be maintenance, customer service and keeping the building clean. This man works way too hard for any fast food worker. He makes it a goal to remember people. Came there nearly every morning and he has begun to say Have a good day Grant. The fact he remembers me is the reason I go there instead of McDonald’s across the street. On my Birthday he has the workers come to the window and they sang me happy birthday, above and beyond amazing spirits. So if you’re hungry and want cheap food. Go to TacoBell. You can tell they take there time. If you want in the drive thru for 10 minutes+ just know they are in there making sure your food is nothing but perfect. The Older gentleman not Only needs a Promotion of sorts but a serious pay raise from whatever he’s making now. Losing this man would be drastic for this location. Keep up the great work guys.
But let let tell you about their night shift workers. These guys need to all be fired!!! They don’t know how to safely get you food. Too many times have the younger kids working here messed up royally. Just tonight I ordered the cheese dip and it looks like they stomped on it before put it in the bag ruining the entire order

Several times we have showed up at 1130 before the posted closing times. And have received no service even though posted closing times was midnight. Causing us to miss out on grabbing food at other places because we didn’t have time to drive back into rio rancho to grab food. September 25th being most recent. Workers still inside cleaning up shutting down early. Has happened several times at this location. Change your posted closing times or stay open till midnight like your times are posted.
