This location has to be the most disappointing i have visited in a very long time. Despite pre-ordering through the mobile app, we still waited an excessive amount of time in the drive-through even though at the time we pulled in we were the only car. When we finally received our order, multiple items were missing (Nacho BellGrande and a Crunchwrap Supreme). The food we did receive was also very poor quality—portions were extremely small with minimal filling. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I reported my experience in the app with no response from the restaurant. I will not be choosing this location again.

It has been a very long time since going to Taco Bell especially this location because the food we had was not good. We thought after a couple years maybe it had gotten better. My husband and I went to Taco Bell on Willow Creek in Prescott today around 4:00 today. We went through the drive thru and was asked if I was using the app. Why would I be in drive thru if I wanted to use the app??? We received our order very quickly as if everything was prepaid. When we arrived home and proceeded to eat the food was ice cold and barely had any meat at all. Let’s just say we will not be going back we will go to their competition. We do not recommend this location at all.

Terrible, I just tried the new dipping burritos and was very disappointed. Barely any meat in them and tiny compared to what they’re advertised as. If I wasn’t on my lunch break and had to make it back to work, I would have asked for a refund…

No more computers!!!!!I visited this location several times and use the drive-through. today I had a trailer attached so I had to go in. found out that they don’t have a person at the front desk to take orders and I have to deal with the computer. I don’t have a problem dealing with the computer, but the fact that I’m still charged the same amount of money for the food that they obviously couldn’t have somebody take my order from me is bs. Great people great food terrible customer service with the computers.

This is sad every time me and my sister go here like around 8/8:30 we sent no les then 32 Dallas EVERY TIME and our food is made SLOPPY VERY SLOOPY. And tonight on 02/15/2024 around 8:08pm we went to get dinner and this is ONCE AGAIN our food was SLOOPY and the rica shells was crack . We are just got start driving to the Taco Bell on miller valley rd . Cause the food will be made better and not SLOOPY. I’m sorry but we are tired or go here . genuinely i had to take a few months before i could write this review in fact the only reason i am low-key writing this is because of how are you kidding me this whole experience was. My boyfriend and i were doing doordash at this time to make extra money when we came in to pick up an order it was a pretty reasonable staff like 5/6 people and there wasn’t a whole bunch of people there at all. after about 15 minutes i asked how the order was going and i was told there were “still working on it” mind you this was about 20-25 bucks worth of taco bell not a whole lot. the staff let a line build up while one girl just sat there flirting with the incompetent guy at the register. my frustration really came when i watched them serve everyone BUT us including those who came after for about 50 minutes before we started to tell them to hurry up and after 1 hour and 10 minutes of waiting in a taco bell with people openly breaking saftey standards (1. bot washing hands after cross contamination 2 not wearing any gloves while cooking, 3 touching forehead sweat) we got to leave still to date i think about this taco bell and how genuinely insane what i heard from the staff was shout out to the one order girl who clearly was trying to keep up from everyones mistakes i hope you sleep well tn girl

The fact I can say I’ve better Taco Bell elsewhere should say something about this one.
Visited twice within two weeks, only went a second time cause I thought they could redeem themselves from the first go.
My order is simple. But every time I have received it, it has ended up being a cold mess. Today’s visit, consisted of less meat and more lettuce/cheese on a hard shelled taco, and oh, did I mention it was cold?
Can’t vouch for Taco Bell anymore, especially after the massive price hikes they’ve had over the last four years. I get that it’s fast food, but it should at least be warm.
