For the last several times I’ve ordered my spicy potato soft tacos I have gotten refried potatoes in my tacos. I ask for fresh potatoes because I don’t have a lot of teeth and the ones I do have I can’t chew them when they are so hard and extremely crunchy. I have worked in the food industry long enough to know and tell when food is twice fried. Also being servsafe I know that it is not allowed to do such things but they keep doing it anyway. I shouldn’t have to play with my food before I eat it pulling out potatoes so hard I can’t eat them and in the end only having 2 potato chunks per tacos. The potatoes on the side of the tacos in the photo are all so hard I can’t even break them with my fingers, I feel scammed out of my meal and my money as there is so little left in the tacos fo me to eat

I have rarely been so disappointed in a fast food place. We came here not having had taco bell in years. Simply because they are overpriced. Well, they proved our point so spectacularly it left me speechless. Ill just use the beefy 5 as the worst example. I got a premium luxe box with a chalupa and a beefy 5. Let tell you that when the beefy 5 launched, these things launched at like $1.79. They used to be fantastic cheap food filled to the brim. Now they are $5-6. And this thing was so under filled I questioned weather I ordered just a tortilla. Quite literally took 3 large bites before I could see the filling. The chalupa was 85% just the shell. Very very little chicken and dressings.

I don’t blame employees for this either. If one item was underfilled, fine it happens. But the whole order? That is a franchise problem. I blame whomever owns this taco bell. This is something passed down from the top. I will be finding out who owns this location and every other one so I never, ever, eat at this franchisees taco bell or anything else they run.

They’ve removed the breakfast crunchwrap combo, steak option for the breakfast crunchwrap, and the Build Your Own Luxe box. Literally the only good value deals they still had. Y’all dead to me unless you bring back your last bastion of broke-menu items.

Wow what a difference from Phoenix Restaurants! Stopped in to this Taco Bell and had really good food and clean dining room. Our helper was Chris! Spot on very helpful, friendly and timing was great! Hot food… Yum! Thank you Chris for your awesome hospitality. We will be back when in Prescott

I just went to Taco Bell on 12/28/25 to order my girlfriend and my self some food. It was around 11:30pm and as I pulled up to order my food I gave my mobile order number as usual and the women on the headset kept yelling that she couldn’t hear us. We kept repeating ourselves numerous times at full volume and she still pretended not to hear us. I then had to get out of my vehicle and walk up to the microphone to repeat myself for the 6th time and she had nothing to give but attitude. Immediately after her hearing me she yelled and I quote “SEE WAS IT THAT HARD” and as I pulled around to get my food she opened the window in a flash only to yell one more time, “IF YOU DONT LEAVE RIGHT NOW I WILL CALL THE COPS”. Simply for trying to order food. We later called the manager working and he was the one that instructed her to do so and vouched for her rude foul behavior. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Never going back there again!

Every time something is stale, the tacos are sloppily thrown together, and when I ask for extra meat they never actually give me extra meat even though I payed for it. I’ve come through multiple times trying to give this location a chance but I guess the whole crew is lacking in one of the most simple jobs in the world. Extremely disappointed. I live right around the corner and I’ll still drive to Prescott valley before I come here again. The staff need to take freshness a little more seriously.

If you order doordash through this company beware they don’t care about the customer Ive seen drivers waiting there for 10,20 minutes up to 40 minutes for an order while they whip out drive thru and in store orders. Even though you are paying more for your food you’re order is low priority only to be made once they’ve made everyone else’s order regardless of weather you placed your order first they don’t care
