My husband loves TB, so inevitably we end up going quite a bit (can’t complain too much as it’s at least a “healthier” fast food option!). The employees are ALWAYS professional, kind & fast. Our order has ALWAYS been spot on, consistent, hot & made well as far as taste & portion goes. They’ve seriously never missed a beat, nothing has ever been missing from or wrong with our order. It’s really nice to find consistency & service like this these days, at a fast food place no less! Thanks to the hard working staff who are diligent & make this business what it is.

Place need a new manager! Clearly! 100% of the time my order is not right. This fact leaves me to believe it’s intentional. The manager is clearly trying to boost profits on things I have to pay extra for. They should be fired. I have also witnessed the staff being treated like they are garbage. Completely unacceptable!

I really don’t expect much, yet some how disappointed. Asked for soft tacos got hard tacos, asked for sauce got nothing. I truly had the simplest order. 4 saft tacos and a cinnamon twist…and some how messed that up.

I’ve never been at a fast food chain so ill equipped for the mid day rush. Yes I understand wait times will always go up from 11-2 every day. But the wait times here go beyond normal waits. Every car will sit for 5-10 minutes at least at the ordering area; and with several cars in line that wait becomes 30-40 minutes just to order. Let alone after your order waiting for food. Inside you fair no better. Just avoid from the hours of 11-2 and you’ll be in and out in no time.

I have been here probably 20 times in the past 2 years and they NEVER want to give me hot sauce, even if i order extra they put NONE in the bag CONSISTENTLY. Taco bell without the hot sauce is just a waste of time and money.

I go to this taco bell very frequently and the last few times I have been the same extremely rude old man helps us at the drive thru and window. The first time it happened he took about 5 minutes to take our order and kept sighing telling us to wait until he finally just said “Go”. He continued to be rude while taking our order and cashing us out, acting annoyed with our presence. I was polite and chalked it up to having a bad day, but my friend and I left shocked and unhappy. However, I went back again recently and it was the same man. He greeted us and when I added more than one burrito he went ohmygodd with a loud sigh. Then at the window he did the same thing when I gave him my phone for apple pay, when it didn’t work the first time he just stood there and said well it’s not working. He shoved the food in our faces and we left shocked once again. As a fast food worker I cannot imagine treating customers like this, especially ones being polite. I am not sure of his name but he is old with glasses and works often and he is the sole reason why I am going to be avoiding taco bell from now on.
