So it’s been forever since I’ve been to any Taco Bell and this location was pretty good. Not too big a fan of the kiosks in the lobby like McDonald’s has but don’t like McDonald’s. They do have somebody behind the register to help you if you have any trouble. The employees were really nice and professional. Restaurant was really clean compared to most places that I’ve been to lately. They also have this cool new napkin dispensing machine which dispenses the perfect amount napkins that most people would grab without being greedy .

I couldn’t believe I paid almost $15 for 5 nuggets that were burnt an ice cold soft taco limp cold soggy fries and a Chalupa that was white soggy cold plain piece of pita bread. Will it be made right? No of course not, if you call with a complaint you’re told you’re a liar and hung up on. Great customer service. Will never return to Taco Bell anywhere

Im disappointed. Chicken strips are not cheap for a 4 piece and you give out a nugget as a strip smh. I dont think we will be back to this location. And here’s the kicker it looked like you had a higher up in the dinning room and you still give out food that’s not up to par. Do better.

Wow, hands down the rudest Taco Bell employee I’ve ever dealt with. Acted like taking my order was some huge favor, rolled their eyes the whole time, and still managed to get it completely wrong. No apology, no fix — just attitude. If you hate your job that much, maybe don’t take it out on customers.

I have the feeling that fast food restaurants here in Tucson must have a high standard of hiring. I’ve been impressed with not only this Taco Bell but almost every other fast food place I visited since I’ve moved to Tucson. The restaurant was clean, organized and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I moved from Colorado and you can’t say that about most fast food places in that state.
