Horrible. They were totally lost when I walked in. Ac not working waited 25plus for my food. Kiosk are so close together, feels like I’m ordering the next guys food. No one helping ppl with kiosk. Overheard at least 5-6 ppl that needed help on the kiosk. Honestly, should have someone at your kiosk and taking care of your lobby. With no one out there, AC didn’t get noticed and the atmosphere would’ve been different. Had there been someone attending guests as they waited/ or needed help with the kiosk, I’m sure it would’ve helped. When I walked in there was an employee arguing with a guest saying they are not the manager and tried to drop it and walk away instead of getting manager for help. The guest was pretty pissed. I’ve opened up numerous fast food restaurants, not too bad, but I definitely had no idea who was in charge or what. Definitely won’t be going back. Go to Arby’s or Burger King instead. Overall horrible experience right out the gate.

Horrible place, management is bad in there, they barely have any staff menbers (bad managemnet causes shirt staff). One of the lady manager was screaming at the employees the time i was in there (1-15-26). I heard a manager scream that they had to do whatever she says. All employees look overwhelmed, i would too if a manager was screaming at me all the time. Service was ok employees are trying their best, i felt fustrated my 40 minutes i spend there hearing the manager scream at the employees and thats why i understand the staff menbers no one wants to work with a manager like that. I tried getting the managers name but i was ignore i was told by an employee that everytime she is there she is bossy and rude to them i was told by the lady employee that, that manager is the boss. Someone needs to revaluate their decision, brown skin kind of short lady, i think she was wearing glasses, very rude and unproffessional individual. As she just gave me an ugly look when i ask for her name and a phone number to complain. She just walked away ignoring me, i waited almost 10 minutes for her to return with her name and a phone number and i was ignore. I love the food there but sucks that ill probably won’t be going in there when she is there, ill just walk out when i see her.

Used drive thru very slow they had me pull around even though there wasn’t anybody in line. No napkins no sauce food was poorly wrapped and a mess.

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru for a burrito and a taco only to get to the window and get completely ignored. Young lady putting gloves on looking down and a young man holding a bag… He said something to her and they both booked it for the lobby / front registers. No acknowledgment, and that long of a wait in the drive-thru? I just went ahead and left. Not worth spending my money there.

I was very excited for this new Taco Bell and the first thing I noticed was that one of the employees (that looked like the manager) had their entire shirt full of dog fur!!! I was very disgusted.
