This is the 2nd time we have tried to give this new tacobell a go.
1st time was doordash a week after opening. Everything didn’t taste good, was extra greasy.
This time we went in and ordered food with the computer.
Food took forever, the tacos were either soggy or broken to pieces, alot of the food was supposed to have extra meat it bearly had the 1st portion. Then they forgot iteams as well.
The elderly lady behind the country acts annoyed with customers.

One of our Go-To places is Taco Bell.
This specific Taco Bell has a new face lift and is now reopened for the Public.
I personally have not been inside the new building only through the Drive-Thru.
The woman who helped us tonight was cheerful and seemed to like my dog, which was very nice to see.
We all normally get our same orders.

They asked if I wanted to Round Up for their Charity Fundraiser, which made it a total of $32.00, for all 3.

Cravings, you just gotta have tacos.
Taco meat should be meat not meat sauce, that means the meats to wet crunchy tacos get soggy. I guess as long as you eat them there they may stay crunchy.

Well I guess I hit them on a bad day at a bad time because I thought it was a complete WASTE of $7. The young guy working the counter was the only positive thing out of this place. He was super knowledgeable and helpful, even gave more help then I expected for sure. I had put my napkin and drink in a spot on the table and when I came to my seat several others had sat down near it. The tables and seats are so packed together I was watching 4 people I didn’t know shove food down their throats not even 6 or 8 inches from me. The seating is ridiculously close together! The food came fast, within 5 minutes, and when I opened the taco I didn’t even get one bite and the entire shell cracked apart so I was looking at a pile of lettuce, very little meat and a huge amount of cheese in a PILE. This was not a taco, it was a pile of lettuce and cheese, period. I am literally not sure what the other Item was that I got but it looked like some kind of burrito. The soft tortilla was like rubber, cold and chewy and again never even got a full bite before everything was running out the end. When I say I don’t know what it was I mean it. It was runny and cold to the touch and super liquidy. I got up, threw it away, and walked out. What a waste of $7.

Ordered pick-up through the drive-through. It was quick and accurate! This is a huge score being that most often fast food restaurants lately have been getting orders wrong. I also appreciate the ni e job the builders did on what I could see of the inside. Overall a super win!

One of the better Taco Bells that I’ve ever been too. So far, never have forgotten anything in my orders, always provide sauce packets, quick service, and the food is almost always put together nicely. Top notch Taco Bell!

Been to the new TB. It’s finally open. The food, so far, is pretty good. We always eat inside and I’m not a fan of the restaurant. It has a strange layout. You either eat with a bunch of strangers at one big table or at a tiny table for 2-4. BUT what I really hate is every day they change the code to unlock the restroom. It’s not only dumb it’s also embarrassing when you are old, like I am, and you have to hunt down a kid to give you permission ( a code) to go potty. I know people make messes but come on. We love the food and enjoy the people who work there. We waited a long time for this to open so please, unlock the restrooms.

9/29/25: NEW building is open and BUSY. We wanted to try it out and went at 11:30am to beat the lunch crowd and it was busy. Drive up full, parking lot by building full.
I recommend you enter to place an order at the door at the end of the building, by Fry Blvd, as the kiosks (5 or more) are just inside that door.
There is congestion though.
*Once you order, if you are eating in you need to walk through a bottle neck of folks waiting to pick up an order and the only place to stand is basically at the sauce packet station.
*Then you pass by the soda machine station and there is a very narrow passage between where you stand to make a soda and table and chairs. My advice is don’t sit at the tables by the soda machine, you will be way to close to the backside of folks trying to make a soda.
*It was COLD I mean freezing in there!
The food was good, portions good, just a bit of a wait because they were slammed. So be patient.
We are glad they are open but we’ll wait until the new wears off!

Beyond amazed! First day they opened back up and I enjoyed it. The young gentleman that greeted us with a warm smile and tone made the night even better. The facility was clean, and nice. They were very fast to make sure our food was hot and fresh. I will defiantly be back more often. Best service yet
