I ordered on the app 10 minutes before I came in because I thought it would be faster than the drive thru. I waited for over 45 minutes for my food to get to me. Im not sure if they are short staffed or what, but they need to figure it out

I was honestly really grossed out by my experience at this Taco Bell. The staff were wearing the same gloves while handling the cash register, giving change, and preparing food, which was NOT sanitary at all! They were very fast, but cleanliness should ALWAYS come first. When I got my order, they also forgot to give me straws and napkins. And they never ask what size drink and always give me the biggest size when ordering. I hope management can address these issues because food safety and basic service really matters. Very unsanitary!

I live 45min away and I didnt even look at my order before I left which was my mistake. Very disappointed that they left the nacho cheese off my nacho fries.

I ordered from the TacoBell app, which was suprisingly easy. However, when I arrived there to pick up my order I became rather disappointed. One of my bags was leaking something, which made it hard to carry out. When I got back to my sons house and began to unpack the food we had ordered we realized that not only was it not all there, but a lot of it wasn’t even items that we had ordered, and what we had actually ordered wasn’t made correctly. Also, there wasn’t a single sauce packet to be found, which I had ordered.
Given that we spent almost $100 on this order, I expected better service than what we recieved. I tried calling to see if we had gotten part of somebody elses order by mistake, but nobody ever answered the phone.
Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Recent visit inside this location. Started off with a line of about 7 people. Counter person was friendly, like McDonald’s they have screens you can order on without dealing with a person. The soda foundation at this location is absolutely veil. The machine had noticeable corrosion all over and the smell made me want to puke. Sat as far away as I could from it. Received food fairly quick, but it was the lunch rush by then and about 20 – 30 kids from the local school showed up. I made a huge mistake parking by the front door as the drive thru had about 6 – 10 cars blocking me from leaving.

They ALWAYS forget the full order. They never give straws or sauce unless you specifically ask for it at the window. Terrible service. If you do get the fill order, there’s a 85% chance it will be made wrong :/

If you want to spend your money to wait 20 minutes to receive food that’s an hour old – this is your restaurant.

The employees lie. Including the management. The food that is being served is straight garbage! They seem to no longer include ingredients. And in return my wife and I just received an attitude from the manager. We won’t be returning. If all I want is an overpriced tortilla I know where to go.
Next experience was only slightly better. Employee at the register was nice. But either way my order was wrong. And even after going in I still returned home missing a soft taco supreme.

Whoever owns/manages this Taco Bell needs shut down the dining room. When you typically have six people in the kitchen, and are down to three, you don’t keep the drive-through AND the dining room open. We waited 10 minutes in the drive-through, and finally went inside, thinking something was wrong. We waited another 25 minutes after we placed our order. This is Wednesday night at 8:00. The poor girl behind the counter said they only have three people back in the kitchen, which included a manager. She also informed us that one employee walked out last night. So rather than tick everyone off in the drive-through and the dining room, just cater to the drive-through. You did not have the employees to pull off both, and you making people furious. We watched two people flip out on the poor girl behind the counter because of the wait. It is not her fault.
