Decided to order the new discovery luxx box with what appeared to come with 2 burritos…well they more like baby burritos. The fact that this box is 9.00 and comes with 1 taco, cinnamon twist (that no one really wants) and these 2 tiny bite sizes burritos is ridiculous.

I asked for PLAIN bean burrito and 3 crunchy tacos combo, the burrito had onions so I called got a replacement with a regular taco for the inconvenience. I realized that one of the 3 tacos combo did not have sour cream that was AFTER the replacements were picked up. I also ordered 2 cinnamon twisters that were pretty hard and couldn’t eat them all. At the end of the day it ruined the cravings we had for these items prior to and had the other items not been defective I would not have given a less than satisfactory review.

Darwin at the window, hands down best worker. Me and my boyfriend stopped by at around 10pm and he had so much energy and taught us a fun fact about pennies. Will definitely be going again!

Some complaints are true about customer service, but not everyone is the same. Reason I come to this place is because there is never a line/crowd inside, so my order is done quickly and with NO errors. Almost every day is empty inside, so it’s quite and relax. They do need to do something about the closing hour’s, the schedule is not that accurate??. Looks like you need to use the self order screen before getting your food which is one of the worst things Taco Bell started doing in some Restaurants. Still this place is a bit better than other TB Restaurants.

Great experience for a Taco Bell! The lobby and parking lot was clean and the service kind and reasonable. I tried the triple crunch wrap box and it was delicious! Had a Mexican pizza and that was good, except the price. I’m in the middle of a few Taco Bell’s but will def return to this one

food was alright, normal quality. but the i assume manager due to uniform could not get my order correct. he was impossible to communicate with. the store was not very busy and he was not helpful. i ordered to the wrong location and after i remedied my mistake it still took forever to get my food. they did not and would not communicate that for me. the simple order i went there for ended up costing me 40 minutes my entire break at work. the woman who showed me how to change my food order was my only positive experience at this store today. so whoever that nice woman was that i was a little rude to, i am sorry and you’re doing a great job. but whoever is on window SUCKS.
