I was so excited to see that Taco Bell was bringing back their Tostadas and Bean Burritos with green sauce. I went through the drive-through, and they were quick. I was not as excited when I got home and opened the boxes. I think they forgot what they looked like in the past. They are now mainly just the shell. They almost forgot cheese and lettuce on one of them. I understand food costs and portion control, but this is sad.

I am really bummed with how this location has gone down hill so fast.
Food is getting pretty bad, ordered a chicken bowl today and bit into plastic which I assume is from something mixed in.
The service has also gotten bad as the last 6 interactions have left me feeling like i was a burden for coming into the drive thru and ordering food.
I would avoid this location until they figure something out.

Stopped by for a quick bite since I saw they weren’t busy one person in drive thru and literally two people inside that already had their order .. waiting about 5 minutes and no one asked if I was okay or needed anything. Have to put your own order in which okay but at least a greeting going in? Took about 7 minutes to get chips and a drink..

The young lady at the window was rude and impatient. Our order was ready by the time we arrived at window since nobody else was there, but the food was cold and rubbery. Not even a thank you as they hand ypu the good and close yhe window. Her face assured us she did not want to be at work today. They don’t answer the phone.

The food is the best part about this location the service is just okay. It’s almost as if they do not want to be there. If you say have a great day, no one says anything. They cram all of the sauces into one box, even if you say the food is going to multiple places. They are fast. No issues with the food but thwy have no personality.

Went through drive thru and the guy there was rude had no customer service manners. I asked for extra sauce because I ordered a lot of food for my family and he only gave me 3 packets when I asked he stated how many I said 10 he said I can only give you 3 of each ( 3*3=9) lol he was just being a jerk then I get home and check my food and this taco is all smushed smh !

Nice customer service and clean dining area. Most of the time this place is empty, even around lunch time, so no lines or noisy crowd. Watch out during 2-3pm, that’s when the high school students start to swarm the place and gets kinda hectic. I’ve never had an issue with my order inside, but drive thru there’s been instances when food is incorrect. Plenty of parking ️ spots.
