Worst taco bell ever, despite being opened recently! The place looks like a war zone, very dirty disorganized. Our tacos and burritos barely had any sauce and the cheese on my grilled burrito was cold and not melted. Very messy in the food prep area as well (I didn’t post pictures for the privacy of the employees). Speaking of which, they work and greet customers as if someone punished them to do that! I will never return here as a customer.

Ordered through Ubereats. My 2 crunchy tacos barely had anything on them, I didn’t get any of the sauce packets I ordered. The rest of the food items were very light on toppings as well. Taco bell isn’t new, people know how the food is supposed to be. There are 3 other taco bells in surprise. If you are craving taco bell go to one of the others, this one is terrible!

Taco Bell food is always terrific. This is the new Taco Bell at Prasada. First couple of times I visited, service was great. Cars moved thru the drive thru at a good clip. The last couple of times, cars are moving thru at a snail’s pace. I won’t choose to spend 20 minutes in line behind only 4 or 5 cars again for a while. I’ll try again, but give you a few weeks to work out the kinks.

The food was great, but we had to eat it outside because the temp indoors was INCREDIBLY cold. There is NO reason the temp indoors should be below 70 degrees. The indoor temp should not be more than 20 degrees below the outside temp. PERIOD. This location is brand new, and there are already signs it won’t be taken care of properly. Also, this location will be a nightmare to get into, and out of once construction on the other shops is completed. Overall, most will like it. FOR NOW.

I went through the drive-thru & it took less than 2 minutes to order & get to the window. The young man who was at the window was very friendly!! The wait was slightly longer than I expected, especially because there were no other customers & I only ordered 2 things. However the young man’s politeness over shadowed my wait, so I didn’t mind. My order was hot & correct. This location will be my new “all the time” location when I go to Taco Bell instead of driving almost 20mins to the one on Bell. Overall it was a pleasant experience for a Taco Bell drive-thru.
