I would highly recommend NOT going to this location unless you want half of your taco or burrito outside of the tortilla. I understand it’s fast food and will be messy to an extent but this was completely unacceptable. I’ve had Taco Bell plenty of times in my life and I’ve NEVER had it served to me like this. every taco was like the picture I included or worse. on top of this they will forget items you ordered even when it’s not busy. the management sucks and whoever is making these items are literally throwing them together. one of the employees is named Preston and he should definitely not be on the line making their items, instead he should be cleaning their bathrooms and floors. 0/5 stars!!!

Multiple actually. And it’s the same every time. I will no longer come here at all. You guys are incompetent and could literally care less about the customer. I recently experienced exceptional service at Taco Bell located at Cotton Ln near Safeway. From the moment I entered, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure my order was taken promptly and accurately. The food was fantastic, especially the Dorito taco, which was flavorful and satisfying. I also appreciated the convenience of ordering the party pack, perfect for sharing with friends. Overall, I highly recommend this Taco Bell location for its outstanding service and delicious food.

I’ve given this Taco Bell more chances than it deserves just because it’s close to my house, and every single time I regret it. I end up kicking myself for not driving the extra five minutes to the Prasada location. The portions here are so much smaller…everything you order is about half the size of what you’d get at Prasada. And don’t even bother asking for “extra” anything, because instead of actually giving you more, they just skimp on the other ingredients to make it look like they did you a favor. To make matters worse, half the time the food shows up cold, stale, or undercooked. The service is halfway decent here, but even that feels misleading because you think good service means good food…it doesn’t. If you value your money, your patience, or just want Taco Bell that doesn’t feel like a total ripoff, drive the extra five minutes to Prasada. At least there, when you ask for extra, they actually give you EXTRA.

Drive thru took 18 minutes to get my order and I was 3rd in line. Car before me drove off got tired of waiting I guess. Ordered dorittos loco taco supreme meal, crunchwrap supreme and a couple other items. No special request just straight off menu. Drive home and DL Taco supreme no tomato or sour cream. Crunchwrap had no tostada shell, no crunch. Tried calling number on receipt no voicemail or anything. Paid $23.94 what a joke. Oh the girl at window did give me coupon for a free taco..smh. Didn’t drive back to get order fixed, just to wait another 20 min…believe reviews.

Went to try the 80s Tostada that just came out. Beans watered down, pinch of cheese on the thin layer of beans and hardly any lettuce on the tostada. How hard is it to make one? New location with terrible food…service was okay at the drive through, but they need training on food prep.

Extremely irritated. I broke my own rule of not checking the bag of food, as I only got 2 things and didn’t think that was, that hard. A chicken cantina burrito meal and beefy 5 layer burrito. I get home to a sloppy chicken burrito and NO beefy 5. Now I’m stuck with no food, or the predicament to drive back 15 minutes over a $5 burrito. I wouldnt be as annoyed if it was a complex or big order, but 2 freaking items, and it was $19!! Tried calling so I could come in for a refund tomorrow, and of course the phone number goes straight to voicemail for a full voicemail. Don’t be like me and get home to a light bag, check your order…

I live close by and the outside lights are never on. You can’t even tell what the building is at night, but i was hungry for a burrito. Ordered a steak burrito was no bigger than the small burritos they sell for around a dollar, and this burrito was $10. Save your money and go inside the safeway next door and buy a frozen burrito and a 3 pack of your favorite tall cans. You will be better off..
