Pretty sure they pre-make all their tacos and just let them sit there till someone orders them. Anytime you get one there. The taco shells are stuck to the wrapper due to the meat soaking through the grease. Tacos just fall apart when you try to pull them from the wrapper. Thought I would order some in the morning after opening so I could get a decent taco and they were basically welded to the wrappers. I would assume that those were left over from the day before we’ll never go back

Dirty tables and chairs, no signs by the soda fountain station for the drinks they are out of especially the Baja Midnight drink. Watched multiple customers get their drinks like the midnight Baja and not realizing it was out they were just getting the nasty syrup water and walked out.
The place gets crowded fast and lines get backed up. Waited like 5 minutes for someone to even come to me at the counter they were too busy laughing and chatting to even realize a paying customer was there.
Won’t be returning to this specific location again. As I got home some food was cold to the touch and was missing a burrito that I ordered.

SLOW!!!! The service time here is on par with a sit down restaurant. You want fast food go elsewhere. It also seems they hired a team of apathetic humans to run the place. Avoid if you can.

Mobile ordering is a complete joke. One might think when they tell you order will be ready in 25 minutes you could go and pick it up then move on.. Not once have I seen that happen. Barely get acknowledge at the front counter when you ask they tell you it will be 10 minutes then 20 minutes later they start to make it.. Come on its a mobile order.

Unfortunately, this location has a lot to work on. Not saying they can’t bring things up to par in the future. But, definitely not there as of today. Microphone in drive-thru volume was way too low/ or employee was mumbling. Either way it was difficult to order. The order was also about 60% wrong. And…both cold and the tacos had been sitting long enough, the bottoms were sogged out.

Came in to pick up a mobile order, was ignored, then they act offended when you try to get their attention to ask about your order that was supposed to be ready 20 mins ago lol. Don’t expect much from a fast food joint, but this place takes the cake for worst experience possible.

Holy crap – how do you literally make your food – two soft tacos and two burritos – and the food was absolutely COLD inside. not warm. not mid. COLD! And it is only a seven minute drive. In the chicken burrito there was all vegetables and literally two pieces of chicken. It seriously isnt that hard – it really isnt – 2.2 overall stars is a little high for this place. Manager – do your job – good Lord the ineptness is insane.

All of the tacos aren’t even tacos, there’s barely anything inside the tortillas. We tried to call and complain and instead of offering us help because we were upset we got yelled at back and they want to use personal numbers to call us back after we complained. This store needs to find some new people to run it, of course im going to call and complain about my food after paying $25 for it

The restaurant is always so cold for no reason, it’s unbearable to even do a dine in option. On top of that it’s so slow to get an order and the music is the same 3 songs on loop, like at least have some variety like the other places.
They need training, it was bad and still is with service speeds and overall atmosphere. Chalupas are so stale too and I’m sure it’s from the cold temps in the store.
