Came through the drive thru for a quick lunch. I ordered the Lux box I paid $1.xx extra for chips and cheese instead of cinnamon twists just to get a half bag of chips and not full cheese. My chalupa was as hard as a crunchy taco! I called and spoke to mark. He said “next time you come I’ll throw you a free chalupa for the inconvenience.” Well Mark why makes you think I even want to come back? How about quality food the first time. #Disappointedpregnantlady

We did a mobile order tonight and to start the order was completely wrong. We decided to move on from that and eat what we had gotten anyway. Once we started to eat I bit into a wad of human hair that was cooked into the Mexican pizza. I called the store to ask for a refund and nobody was willing to help. They passed the phone around between three different employees and then they hung up on me. I am disgusted by the health violations that this location is clearly okay with.

I wanted their chalupa for old time sake , my parents loved eating them, this location was our regular restaurant, it’s been a long while since I been to this location, it was sad to see only two people running it . The grounds beef chalupa had zero taste , no seasoning at all definitely not worth 6 dollars . The bean burrito was joke, again no flavoring , it’s like Taco Bell is serving bare minimum food, I was better paying a few dollars more and getting actual Mexican Food!

Went to this Taco Bell and ordered a chicken quesidilla the price was posted as $4.69. When they rang it up on the screen they had it at a price that was noticeably higher. I told them what the menu said and requested a manager look at it so I could be charged according to the advertised price. A guy walked out and saw it he said he was the manager but he can’t charge that price. He stated I would have to pay the higher price. This caused me to cancel my order and leave. We went to this taco bell attempting to catch happier hour, but after this happened, we missed it.

I tried to order a $9 meal on the self pay. Meal was shown up in the meal board . I could not find so I ask a worker she could not find it on the self pay, so she ask the manager and manager said that meal no longer exists and that they couldn’t honer it. To me it’s false advertisement, no bueno.
