Whas supposed to get a bean burrito, instead got a burrito full of onions. Taco was broken, return items to the store, no apology, cashier Lola W was actually rude.

The guy at the drive thru window was very nice and respectful. The cook on the other hand got an attitude because she made my order wrong and I asked them to fix it. She bitched and said she didn’t make it wrong then proceeded to make it wrong a second time. The man at the window stayed respectful the whole time and the cook continued to have an attitude towards me.

We usually go here all the time,but this time was different. We order the new Chipotle chicken tacos they were put together very sloppy and not enough chicken definitely not working 3.19 . Also the wrapping of the taco was sloppy as well paper was wet with something not sure what , and my taco fell out into the bag because it wasnt wrapped properly. People really need to take time in preparing food.

Really disappointed. I’ve been doing keto and low carb for a long time now. I heard you could order the cantina bowl without the rice and beans so I stopped in to try it. Im not a fan of the new look and having to order on a kiosk is not my favorite either. I actually didn’t know they switched to these so I went up to the counter to order and got ignored for a little bit then looked at awkwardly when I tried to order. I ordered double meat and either I didn’t get that or their portions are tiny. Honestly just a really pathetic meal. Bought two and spent almost $30 for that…no surprise but I definitely won’t be back. Im sure this place is still ok if you don’t have dietary restrictions. I just don’t think it’s worth the price and the atmosphere is just really cold now.

We had to repeat the order three times. Two time at the screen and one time at the window. We ordered a Mexican pizza and two stackers and we asked if they came with nacho cheese dip. They told us yes and then we had to pay for them. We got got the order and we got one stacker and then we had to go back and get the other one. They were really rude to us. They was more worried about talking and know what was going on. The manager was also rude. The lady that took our money the first time said that is not good..

If I can give this location 0 STARS I WOULD! Their MANAGER OF ALL PEOPLE (JASON) charged my card 3 times for the amount of $94.71 for $48.05 worth of food. Their manger on duty told me I have to CANCEL MY CARD AND REPORT IT AS STOLEN TO GET MY MONEY BACK AFTER MAKING ME WAIT 5 days for my so called refund to be back on my card!!! All I want is the money I over paid refunded and to do that I have to report my card as STOLEN!

I ordered the new chicken cantina and this is how it came out. I also ordered a nacho crunch wrap and it was made wrong. I did complain and they fixed it no issues but seeing as that’s how they sent the cantina chicken taco out I didn’t even feel the need to complain about this. All it was was a greasy chicken taco. This location does not make it correct at all. I’ve had it at other locations and it was so tasty. Very disappointed.
I also witnessed a customer come in who didn’t want to order on the kiosk and the workers went over to the kiosk to help them which I thought was very weird.

Tried to pay at counter for 10 minutes. They said someone would come up saw they were busy so went to the gas station to wait for food. Came back waited 15 more minutes. Went to the counter said because we didn’t pay yet they didn’t start order. Then he turned and left.
