Awful! Extremely disappointed! Went through drive thru. Ordered 2 chalupas with nacho cheese, 3 soft tacos, 1 crunchy taco, 2 pk Cinnabon dolce de leches, the soft tacos were a mess, wet, and soggy. The chalupas did not have the nachos cheese that was paid for. We also didn’t get the 2 pk Cinnabon dolce de leches that we paid for! I think it’s absurd that I was charged for things I did not receive! Everything is so expensive as it is! I dont need to be paying for things that I didn’t get! Before handing the bag over, it should be VERIFIED that everything is in it! Why is this so hard!? Everything shouldn’t be made so sloppy either! If you don’t like your job then leave! How would you feel not receiving what you paid for with your hard earned money!!

I’m not big on taco bell food, however the box combo that I ordered today was pretty darn good so I decided to give this location 5 stars! Thank you all for my wonderful, tasteful, delicious box combo.

This Taco Bell has gone downhill. It’s terrible. The last several times we have ordered they have forgotten items. There is either too much or two little sauce on the items. On the tacos there’s never enough lettuce or cheese. There is hardly ever meat either. The quesadilla has been burned. And the food overall is just poor quality. It’s super unfortunate, because this used to be our favorite Taco Bell. I’m not sure what happened, but they definitely stopped caring about quality of food. I still think they have the best Dr Pepper around. However, we will drive to a different Taco Bell in order to get better quality food.

Food was ridiculous on how bad it was made. I asked nicely for a redo, and they wouldn’t do it. To this, I asked for the mgr. ( Jackie), and she refused to make it right. So, I then asked for a refund and she refused that , as well. I didn’t even get a receipt. I wadded up the food and threw it away. True, it was only 13 loss but, it makes me sad how bad customer service is these days. Nobody has any respect for your business, anymore. There is no customer appreciation. Customer being right is unheard of. These kids are rude and talk bad about you, as soon as you turn your back. Actually, I give them 0 stars. This is what my food looked like fresh off the line. You can tell from the pics that the tortilla is hard and dried out. No meat. The five layer burrito forgot a few layers it seems.

We ordered a soft taco pack with no lettuce. We get out box check the tacos and it has lettuce so we go back into the drive through to get ones without lettuce and we try to hand back the order and she says “I dont want that one” to my niece trying to give her the one we checked in a very rude tone. Then we hear her yelling at one of the workers inside. It was an extremely unprofessional experience and makes me question any food coming from that rude lady.

Damn we were craving Taco Bell and were disappointed. The food was smashed up in a box my crunch wrap supreme had no crunch & looked more like a pupusa and burnt, they didn’t get our orders right so we were missing culpe of items, make sense why there’s no line…smh

Mr. Thomas was and smiled. Smiling is a big thing. Annisa was pretty knowledgeable as well with great conversation. Also she didnt give up on the Spanish speaking customers with the knowing what was being relayed. This is my hometown Taco Bell and always loved coming here. I drove quite a few miles to get here and always impressed.
