I love Taco Bell and was so excited to try this new one. But I am so disappointed in the food I received. I ordered an #2 soft tacos. What I receive was in edible. You can tell they were old because the tortilla was completely stuck to the paper. Lettuce was soggy cheese melted. And there were completely flattened!!!!

Could be the worst taco bell I have ever entered. This isn’t taco bell service we used to get. Burritos was have very tiny amount of beef. Same for nachos. When we complained the manger came to us arguing back and saying not this is the right amount. We’ll as you can see this is rice burritos to be fair . This picture of the new one she did . And it was more rice then the first one . The first one was a complete tortilla by it self . All tables are dirty, grown was dirty, even the trash can was completely full . And it seems like no one is ever caring

I’ve been to this taco bell a few times and each time I went they got my order wrong or gave me flat bean burrito with just mostly tortilla and tiny amount of beans…
But I want to give 5 stars because when I went to the drive thru today.. the cashier Frances (or so it said cashier: Frances) was the sweetest lady ever. She was so so polite and welcoming. Its employees like her that can get customers wanting to come back whether bad experiences prior… at least for me it does. I hope they hire more employees like her!

First of all I waited 20 minutes in the drive through to get my food. Mind you there was only one car front of me and no one inside. They were not busy at all. I waited 20 minutes after I paid at the window. On top of that I didn’t get my ordered right, couple of my iteams were missing & the potatoes were very hard, it seemed like they had refried them. My order was only 5 iteams and how can you mess that up.

Went there there was no line, the person working was super rude. The taco shell was cold like it just got out of the refrigerator. The burrito was even rolled the right way a looked more like a pancake. If you’re going to raise prices and charge more then do better at preparing it. I called to ask for them to refund my money but no one answered the phone.

Went through drive thru. Ordered #7 box and a #9 box. Food was cold not hot. Was not wrapped well just thrown in box. My son ate the #7 box and within 30 minutes of eating he became dizzy light head and began vomiting. My guess is he has food poisoning. Management need to be involved in this.

Extra burned inedible chicken nuggets, and wrong items in the bag. On top of getting food that I could not eat, we did not get the food that we paid for. I also realized the construction around this location is not their fault, but getting in and out is a nightmare here. It’s just bad all around.

Just ordered 2 chicken chalupa supreme and 2 beef chalupa supreme. Didn’t get a receipt or the correct order. Instead of the 2 chk ch supreme, I received 2 beef tacos. Only one car ahead and one behind. What a way to ruin dinner. PAY ATTENTION, Taco Bell employees!!!

I ordered two bean & cheese burritos. They nearly had any beans inside (Nothing but tortilla). Customer service also needs some training no smiles, or greeting upon entrance just stares and do you need something. I should’ve said, yeah more beans in my burritos lol
