Went in and ordered my food and got my drink immediately, but waited 20 minutes and never got my food. 4 people walked in after me ordered and got their food while I was still waiting. I finally said something and they told me they were backed up with online orders. Which i understood because I’ve worked in fast food, but that still doesn’t explain why 4 people that came in 10 min after me with orders bigger than mine were served before me.

One of the worst experiences I ever had going to any Taco Bell that I’ve ever been to totally unfriendly when I opened up my tacos. The meat was falling out of the taco because it was so soft and soggy. I asked for no onions and they kept putting onions on my food And the whole time that I was eating there the restrooms were closed. No one could use the restroom.

Soooo slow unapologetic when I finally got my food 15 minutes later couldn’t even hand the drinks over just left my food on the table. Didn’t even announce my name. Also didn’t care that I was there waiting that long in a room that Burleigh had any people.

I ordered my food this morning 2 separately ordered approximately 8:40 i spent total of $27 and moreb one worker by the name of Rapenzo, not sure if i spell it right! I ask her a question because the last food i order which was $15.06 came i wasn’t sure what was in the bag when she handled it to me i asked her what was it she replied to me makes me feel so horrible worthless the way she responded to me i ask her why she talking to me that way she was like i get what i give, she make mesk myself what did i do ? I ask for her name she responded again that she doesn’t have a name the i spoke wuth another worker by the name of Briseida i asked her who is the manager she said it her then i ask did she hear what she was saying to me she was like i heard it but she’s a manger too meaning she can’t help the situation she didn’t even say sorry the way she talked to me ir trying even to make me feel better by comforting me i left with disappointment from the way i served and and approached by simple question that wasn’t hurting no one they were very rude no one deserves to be treated that way.

This specific Taco Bell on 59th avenue and Northern was clean and had plenty of seating. The staff was efficient and polite. If Taco Bell is what you want, this store is about as good as any.

Went in for a simple bean and cheese burrito took 15 min pretty much my whole break from work. And my burrito was thrown in the bag not even wrapped. I just moved to this area and I came from the Gilbert and Baseline store and 2 other stores from Colorado.. I’ve never seen this kind of service ever nor have I worked for a store that didn’t care they do here.. I tried to apply at this location and they don’t even call you or contact you even if to say sorry we won’t with another applicant. Very unprofessional and not worth spending my money here. It’s a shame bc this is directly next to my house. I tried to call to at least let them know about the burrito but no one ever answered the phone. Good luck

The manager was rude to me and wouldn’t honor the company policy of giving out free Taco coupons when they mess your order up. They made my burritos so small they were less than half the size they were supposed to be . Manager threatened to call the cops and one worker got in my face and started yelling at me. The amount of sour cream they gave me was almost nothing. They were really slow and didn’t care about customer service or how fast they went or even if they got your order right. I used to work at Taco bell so I know how you are supposed to do almost anything for the customer and how fast you are supposed to go.this is the last place on earth that I ever want to go again. They take up to 20 min to get your food ready sometimes. And some workers are not even doing anything just leaning against the wall doing nothing. The amount of sour cream they gave me was pitiful.
