Food was Taco Bell standard but what I was shocked by was the super professional staff and the cleanliness of this location. Two things I normally dont expect. But I went in about 7pmish 10/14 they were super busy in the drive thru and I placed an online order. I didnt even mind have to wait as long as I did. The young man that was running the show was so courteous and apologetic about the wait. Team work was on point.

The absolute laziest employees, I go to the counter ready to order and the kid behind the counter tells me I have to use the kiosk. I informed him I only have cash and I would rather take my order at the counter, to which he replies no you can order on the kiosk and then afterwards pay up here. What’s the big deal about taking my order face to face? Why is it that literally every Taco Bell in the city refuses to take people’s orders face-to-face. It’s only a matter of time before someone goes in and starts smashing those kiosks

I used the drive thru during their happy hour, which is between 2-5pm.
You can get a small soda or freeze for $1.
They also still have a value/dollar menu with a few items to choose from. I got a cherry freeze and a cheesy bean and rice burrito.
I really like when they have their $5/$6 box combos available, it is a great deal for the amount of food that you get and it comes with a drink. Boxes vary by whatever special they are promoting and price seems to vary by location.
Try to be careful when entering their drive thru, it is right next to the exit for the Starbuck’s drive thru.
The employees are always very polite at this location.

This is the 2nd worst bell I’ve ever been to and unfortunately it’s right by my place. I have to drive the extra mile to go to any of the others. Workers have bad attitude most the time, order is constantly wrong (atleast a dozen times+) they were rude to me on several occasions. And this other stuff I could overlook if the food was good but they do a horrible job on the food as well. Highly recommend the one further up on McClinktock and the one on Baseline if you want the correct order and want it to be good. I wish I was kidding. This is an actual taco I received from this location.

This is my favorite Taco Bell location! Everyone is so friendly and are genuinely good employees. Always greeted with a smile and friendly soul. And nearly every time I’ve been there, the food has been outstanding and extremely fresh! Tonight I needed a Chicken Power Bowl for all the protein it offers… since I’m recovering from an illness. It did not disappoint. In fact, it was absolutely, hands down, the best meal I’ve ever had at Taco Bell… and I’ve had a lot of really good ones at this location and elsewhere. But tonight every single ingredient in that delicious Chicken Power Bowl was fresh and cooked/prepared to perfection… the Spanish rice was fresh, warm, fluffy and tasty. Their chicken bites were super tender and seasoned just right! The black beans tasted exceptional… the best black beans I’ve ever tasted, actually… again, cooked perfectly, with a tasty sauce, which flavors blends with the chicken for the perfect bite. And the lettuce, diced tomatoes, Guacamole, sour cream and cheese that tops it all off were every bit as fresh and tasty. It just all went so perfectly well together that I was in Power Bowl Heaven. My only complaint is with me… that I completely forgot to snap a photo before I ate it all. Hopefully next time though… like tomorrow when I return to enjoy another one! Oh… almost forgot I had company! LOL My husband thoroughly enjoyed his Crunchwrap… but he doesn’t describe his food like me… but he did acknowledge it was probably fresher tasting than usual.
UPDATED WITH PHOTOS: Since I’m a woman of my word, I did in fact return the following day to enjoy another heavenly Chicken Power Bowl, and did not in my haste forget to snap a few photos of the Power Bowl that was every bit as perfect as the one the night before. It’s so wonderful to have such a delicious healthier choice at one of my all-time favorites restaurants.

Kind of annoying. I ordered on the kiosk and the second I paid I saw a different combo I wanted to change my order. Since they were the same price I just turned around and asked the cashier/ manager if she could change it to the other one and she said the price was different so I double checked on the kiosk and confirmed they were exact same price. She then continued to say no orders cannot be changed even 5 seconds after ordering them. And I know that’s not true. I could have demanded a refund and left but I just accepted it. Either way pretty bad customer service on top of the fact that she had a pretty bad attitude towards me. I definitely won’t be back here again. This is my 2nd time being treated very poorly by Taco Bell staff.

So me and my kids walk in and there is no one dining in or waiting so we walk up to the counter and try to order but the woman standing there on her phone starts to tell me that I have to use the computer screens they have to place our order. I asked why she couldn’t take the order and I get a puzzled look from her. We left and went to the one on Rural and Ray. Don’t come to this one.
