Drive-thru was packed, so I opted to hit the interior scene. I used the personal order kiosk because staff was busy. Devyn asked what my name was and helped get my order to me, which I appreciated immensely. Once I got my order that I’ve been craving all day, I remembered to ask for mild sauce. Rahim, “the dream,” came in clutch with the variety of sauces. This is my go-to Taco Bell spot, been supporting since my old high school days. Thanks, Taco Bell, for satisfying my cravings.

I came to Taco Bell at 10:45 pm today and ordered food at the drive through and one item was a large nacho fries they were half way full . I tried to go into the lobby since a customer did while I was at the window and the door was now locked . They saw me try to open the door no response. So I called the store and they refused to remake my food and just give it to me at the door. Insisted I needed to go through the drive through and wait. The “manager” had no remorse and didn’t try to help the situation. Highly unsatisfied .

Great service with great food!
I ordered the $5 Classic Combo, which came with a hard shelled taco, beefy 5 later burrito, cinnamon twists, and a drink. I ordered this via the kiosk, which was simple and easy to use.
I was greeted by a lady who was checking to see if I was waiting on an order. She handed me my drink cup and within a minute, my order was ready. The lady was very friendly and personable.
The Lobby had clean tables with no noticable trash issues. The floor needed a good mopping, but didn’t hinder my experience.
I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves some Taco Bell with great service!

Ruined Shannon’s nachos by putting raw tomato in there. She SPECIFICALLY SAID NO TOMATOES. Prepare for legal consequences.
Besides who even likes tomatoes?? They literally taste like the ketchup water EVERYONE hates on. So what’s the difference with a raw tomato people?! Ya know one time I grew some tomato plants in my backyard. But guess what? I accidentally killed them by spraying household bug exterminator on them, it was an accident and it’s still so sad. BUT THAT’S BESIDES THE POINT.

Although the individual food pieces were pretty good, the quality checks are terrible. My girlfriend’s Loaded Beef Nachos came with no beef, her Chicken Quesadilla was 90% tortilla, and my Dorito Taco barley had anything in it (see pictures). The food tasted good and was fresh, the employees helped get us some extra beef but we didn’t notice the rest of the issues until we got home. On a side note, I always appreciate having extra sauce but here’s the sauces that were included in our bag tonight, the following photo showing what i ordered, and still forgot to give us an Avocado Verse Salsa (which i paid for)!

I placed an order online for pick 5 minutes ahead of time and when I have arrived there was several people waiting on their order. I was waiting at the counter and nobody helped me as I noticed my order just sitting there on the shelf. Girl upfront went back-and-forth and did not asked if I was helped. I didn’t get my order till 20 minutes later. As I got my order, I told the girl that I don’t have my drink and she looked at me and proceeded with the next customer. I never got my drink :/ girl upfront was clearly stressing & and needs help upfront.

first time coming here. friendly to delivery drivers. when i couldn’t figure out how to get to the drive thru an employee who was outside was nice enough to tell how to get there to pick up my customers order. much appreciated.

Ordered a Supreme Taco Party Pack, Doritos Locos Tacos Combo, and a Cantina Chicken Quesadilla. I was given normal Crunchy Tacos wrapped in the Supreme wrapper. Same thing for the Doritos Locos, and they threw it in with the Party Pack. They also forgot to put the sauces I ordered.
When I arrived there was no drive-thru line, and only two other customers. I ordered at the kiosk, but wanted to pay in cash. While I was waiting, I heard one of the employees say, “Not another damn customer”. I will say they atleast got my drinks and quesadilla correct, but the overall experience was extremely unpleasant.
My bad for not checking the party pack before I left, but considering the circumstances of my service, I’d expect them to pack the correct items. I am never going back to this location, and it’s possibly ruined my fondness for Taco Bell at all. I’m not expecting Michelin star service, just the basics.

Lately I have been receiving cold food. I had my husband go back in after getting my food from the drive thru and asking for it to be fresh. I get home and the taco meat is cold. I am not one to complain or be difficult, but how is the meat cold?

Figured I’d try a A few items on the menu that I’ve never tried. Read somewhere that the crunch wrap supreme was the number one item so I ordered it. What a rip off. I guess the management here is trying to save money by not putting any ingredients in a tortilla wrap and lettuce. Guess I will never order this again or go to this Taco Bell on Alma school in Chandler again.
