If it wasn’t for the Mexican Pizza, I wouldnt go to Taco Bell anymore. Kiosk only in the lobby… no thanks, I’m out. I went through the drive through for the last time. I love taco bell, don’t get me wrong. The food is usually good and generally cheap, the store is clean, and the service is fast. But there is always something that happens whenever we order. The last time we were here, we ordered a total of about six burritos for 4 people. All of them were different, and none of them came marked, and all the wrappers were folded so they all said they were beefy 5-layers (only two of them were). We had to tear them open to find out whose was whose. We came in today, and they forgot something on the order. We double checked that it was on the receipt. When we went up to tell them, they tried to charge us for the item in question, and another person came over to try and look up the order on their system, despite us having the receipt they had given us less than five minutes early. It took a third person to get them to fix it. While we waited, we talked to someone who said they came here about once a week and they said that every time, this location gets their order wrong in some way.
