While 5 stars might seem a little much for Taco Bell, of all places, this one is quite possibly the best in the valley. I’ve visited them almost daily for years and they never mess up my order or prepare it poorly. Their service is top tier, they’re always friendly and personable, and I legitimately look forward to lunch time because they’re awesome. Also, their breakfast offering is bomb — who knew nacho cheese goes so well with scrambled eggs? Seriously, you may think this is just another Taco Bell, but the crew makes it so much more.

Came at 12 at night (Only person in line)
A woman asked me if I had a mobile order, I said no then she disappeared for 10 minutes and never came back so I pulled up to the window and no one was there. As I’m pulling out into the road I see someone in the back come out.

Then I went to the Taco Bell on 1125 S Dobson, the people there were so cool that i almost drove off without my food haha and they had amazing customer service. The food was also really fresh and it tasted good. Will be going to 1125 S Dobson instead of 1256 S Country Club next time!!

Had to watch my wife get disrespected by a kid at the drive thru. The female needs re-training on working with customers and apparently counting money back. The attitude my wife received after calling her out for miscounting her money was embarrassing. The kids best weapon was slamming the sliding window through out the whole interaction. The job deals with customers who are paying for a product and some have more needs than others but accountability is not a strong point with this employee. Please address before they meet a customer who is willing to give the attitude right back.

I go here several times a month. It’s on my way to my second job. It’s on the wrong side of the road for me, so I go out of my way to go here. For the past year their food has been much improved, the drive thru is quick and efficient. The food is hot and the lettuce is not wilted. I wish I had more time to eat it when I didn’t have to hurry off to my next destination. Whoever has been managing this store is doing a good job.

Omgg this place is so bad it’s unreal me and my bf have eaten here quiet a bit bcuz its close 2 our house anyways we have multiple times in a row so this happens probs like a good 30 ? 40% of the time where we order smth and its like cleary undercooked and then we get food poisoning from it the burritos are the worst at this for some reason they can literally be cold sometimes we didn’t eat here for multiple months in a row and decided 2 try it again bcuz like I said its close and then just now I have the exact same issue where the burrito is just very cleary not cooked all the way literally go to the other one tht is like 0.6 miles from this one and just dont risk getting food poisoning it rly rly is not worth it 2 go here at all

I had to go inside so I can review and read the menu at my own pace. First thing I noticed…..5-layer beefy burrito in 2 columns. In the 2 columns, there were 2 different prices.
When I brought this up, they said they would not honor the lower price listed, as it was in their system as 4.99. (Photos attached).
Overall the service was great. The food was as expected. Yummy.

Ordered two number ones and BOTH were wrong they were regular instead of supreme so we went inside and they had us waiting 15-20 mins and we’re missing a taco for our # 6 so not only did the have us waiting for almost 20 minutes they got our order wrong..twice.

Employees standing around with looked like they didn’t have much to do. I was met with I’m sorry can not help you, but can you use the self-serve kiosk to place your order. I ask, so you can’t help me real quick with my order? He said no, I can’t, were not allowed to. I didn’t argue. This is the lowest on customer service i have ever experienced. Hopefully, there is a change with this low level of service, I have never seen this before.

What happened to including taco sauce in the bags and or asking when is being pickedup ?
Nothing worse than getting a sauceless meal when youre already home … other sauces dont go with tacobell food.
