12/09/25 at 11:17pm -Horrible customer service was waiting in line for drive thru and wouldn’t give me my order because it was “policy” (policy is not law) it’s 51 degrees and freezing. What happened to customer service she could have apologized and let me know for next time to use the walk up window. It doesn’t make your job harder to give me the one item thru the drive thru and I had to wait twice because of it. The walk up window is great when you have lines so it’s understandable to have this but at this hour there was only the car in front of me. It’s also not as safe for a women to do this.The thing is I did not know where the window was so I asked nicely if I could get it through the drive thru. Was told rudely to use the window.Worse customer service I have ever had in my life. This was coming from the manager on duty. The rest of the employees did fine. The main reason I didn’t want to use the walk up window was because I had surgery on my leg I literally have a handicap sign and am doing uber just for a little cash for the holidays for my family. If the manager on duty is doing this then she will be teaching her staff to be the same way. Which is probably why the location has a 3.5 rating. She needs to learn the definition of customer service and realize that’s the business she is in.

I come here a lot late at night like 12-1 am and sometimes it’s slow but there is a blonde White lady with I think a septum ring and a Balck lady with glasses and they are so sweet and nice and they work really hard. They are always busy with door dash and the drive thru and just wanted say I appreciate them and this location is lucky to have workers like that, they definitely are not paid enough for what they do for this company.

Drive thru was friendly and quick. We ordered a chicken quesadilla, a crunch wrap and two drinks. $20 but worth it for the nostalgia. Until we pulled the food out of the bag at home.
The quesadilla had chicken on 1/3 of it and cheese on about half of it. The crunch wrap had nothing in half of it. It’s like management is telling their employees to do a half scoop instead of a full scoop.
Absolutely not worth it for the cost. So disappointed. Will not go back to this location.

Ordered 8 tacos a large fry two drinks , they gave me half a fry , a taco with a tiny burnt chicken strip? Took a life time and they couldnt even try .

Don’t come here late at night and expect fresh food. I ordered at 11:48pm, they close at 3am. I came through drive thru and simply asked for “Diablo fries, cooked fresh, with extra seasoning, no pico, add onions.” I even stated “I don’t mind waiting”. What I got was NOT FRESH HOT OUT THE FRYER FRIES. I got warm fries to where the cheese blend didn’t even want to melt. Then it was topped with the cold Diablo sauce (I know it has to be kept cold) it would’ve been warm, had my fries been hot and fresh like I asked for. I had just gotten off from a long day at the hospital and was hungry and just wanted the Diablo fries hot and fresh. I swung back through drive thru and nicely explained I came and ordered fries and asked for them to be made fresh and that I stated I didn’t mind waiting. I asked if they could remake them fresh like I asked for the first time. I was then told to hold on and the person who answered back told me” we made them as fresh as they were” I told them, I did fast food for 6 years and knew my fries were not hot and fresh out the fryer, like I asked. They proceded to argue with me so I told them I’ll just take a refund. Zach, the MOD came to the window about 2 min after I got there and I proceded to tell him what happened. He looked unfazed and stated “they said they made them fresh, the sauce comes cold”. I told him “the fries were not fresh out the fryer, roll the camera back”. Honestly all this over me wanting fresh fries that cost $5.86!! Do better TACO BELL. Make food fresh and work on your customer service skills. My order was d70259 number 991.

There is almost nothing more infuriating then paying for something and not receiving it or receiving something completely different. I just can’t eat at Taco Bell again. You pay for additions like extra meat and you get absolutely no meat. Instead, you get a completely smashed taco. I will not spend my money here anymore. It was nice to get something quick but it isn’t worth the headache.

Normally this Taco Bell is pretty decent but lately they have been absolutely disappointing. They forgot a whole Beef Chalupa, two of our four Crunchy Tacos were broken and had no meat whatsoever and the one Chalupa we did get literally had no beef. $29.97 for essentially lettuce and poor effort.

It’s a Taco Bell, so the food is what it is. My order was fine. The thing that earned this 5 ⭐️ rating was Erica at the counter. So happy, eager to help, and positive! She was awesome and her positive attitude was contagious! I left in a better mood than I arrived in. Thank you!

I just went in and I understand it’s busy…but It started off with them giving me the incorrect box, and they seemed irritated at the fact they took the order down wrong. I went to get the dipping burritos . They asked me what dipping sauces I wanted and what hot sauces I wanted . I got no dipping sauce , and the only hot sauce I didn’t ask for. Awful service.
