Who mops and closes off their dining area at 6pm? Now we 1- can’t refill our drinks and 2- can’t sit anywhere so we have to take our entire family somewhere else.

Ordered from Kiosk ToGo. The bad: Hardly any ingredients in tacos and crunchwrap. My order had (3) taco supremes and when I received them, they contained meat, a ton of lettuce and a sprinkle of cheese. The crunchwrap had next to no meat. The good: cinnamon twists were great and my refresher. If I hadn’t walked all the way home before I opened my bag I would have expressed my concern with the restaurant staff. Disappointed. Staff did not interact with my party but I assume its because the technology these days prevents the need to do so (also disappointing bc I like interaction). Probably won’t be going here again. There is a place just a block away that looks worth the time and effort.

Just got lunch today, and the older gentleman at the window was very kind and made sure we got what we ordered, no ice in our drinks. He made sure to double check with us and his coworker.

I hope the older woman taking orders is more kind to him however, I understand it was a rush but she didnt need to get snappy with him and passive aggressive when he was double checking with her about the drinks.

I hope he has a better and easier shift

I just got off work exhausted and starving and was surprised by the amazing customer service of a young gentleman in the drive through. I didn’t get his name but it was a blonde man with braids. He was extremely welcoming and gave off some seriously positive energy. Made my night a bit easier!

The Taco Bell in St. George feels less like fast food and more like a dare from the universe. The moment I bit into that Fiery Doritos Locos Taco, I swear I saw a lizard in Zion National Park breathing flames in my direction, as if to say, “Welcome to the desert, amigo.”

The hot sauce packets here don’t whisper… they scream, and if you blink twice, they start plotting against your intestines.

The drive-thru line moves with suspicious efficiency, like they know you’ll need to make a quick escape later. My Crunchwrap Supreme collapsed faster than my willpower, but it was glorious chaos in every bite.

Somewhere between mild and diablo, I lost my dignity but found enlightenment.

Honestly, if you leave here without sweating, crying, or questioning your life choices, did you even go to Taco Bell? ️

40 minutes wasted waiting for my online order. Workers have no sense of urgency. Watched a black dude clock in today at noon. Never washed his hands, grabbed some gloves and started making food. I threw mine away.

Arrived at the drive-thu this evening with no one behind us. We were pressured every 15 seconds after saying we needed some time with the menu.

We tried to pay for our food, and we were informed after handing them our card that the machine was broken. So we were forced to pay in cash.

We had to ask for our drinks after we were handed our food and told to have a good night

We opened our food to find that an item requested with a topping removed still had it on. And other items were already ice cold after 5 minutes.

The starry soda was almost all soda water, no flavor syrup.

I give up on this place. Make sure you check your order at the drive through before pulling away from the window. Taste your lemonade to make sure it isn’t just carbonated water.
Oh and don’t forget that when they give you someone else’s order, which is half of what you ordered, that you will have to go all the way back to them to get your money back. In my case I just wanted them to write my name down and help me out later, with the order I did pay for. The manager was a real peach…
Good luck.

Worst taco bell experience, but I guess thats whats to be expected? Soda tasted weird, order was incorrect, and cinnamon twist with no cinnamon. If I wanted quality I would have gone somewhere else but I didn’t think it would be that bad. Oh well.
