I ordered a regular iced coffee and I waited 15 minutes. The two workers were in the back talking and acted like my order didnt even go through. Finally I went up to get their attention and they didnt even pick up the order receipt until I said something. I get I was the only person in the store but no one should have to wait that long for a coffee.

Ignored me and my fiance when we asked where our food was after waiting 15 minutes it was four items. I get people come through drive thru I worked fast food for four years, I understand sometimes you’re under staffed but to ignore someone completely is unexceptable, take out your airpods and learn to use proper customer service, I believe y’all can improve so we’ll probably come back but please do some retraining. I come here almost everyday for lunch and there is a lady who works the drive- thru who has a very high pitched squeaky voice, blonde hair and glasses. Don’t get this confused with the very nice lady with brown hair and glasses. The lighter haired one is always extremely rude to us and i can never figure out why. Today she had a HORRIBLE attitude over the speaker and when we got to the window there was no “hi” there was no “bye, have a nice day” instead she basically shoved our food into our hands and slammed the window on our face. She has been rude to us for MONTHS and today was just my final straw. I work in customer service so i know for a fact that IS NOT how you treat a customer, especially a loyal one who is nice regardless of the attitude she throws my way every day. One of my co-workers expiericned the same thing with her every time he comes here. Either take her out of the drive-thru or train her on customer service and just basic human decency. This is not okay.

Ordered two crispy chicken tacos and it took them 30 minutes to get it out to me my entire lunch was spent watching them serve other customers that got in the store after I had already ordered. Even someone in the kitchen said “ why do I have a full lobby waiting on food?” Better time management would be nice.

Got our Taco Bell fix. Hit the spot. *Extremely* generous with the hot sauce packets. Received 102 packets with our 3-person order (see photo). We often receive more hot sauce than we need at other locations, but this has to be a record.

When are they going to STOP asking us for our spare change?? They’ve been asking this for around 4 years. Stop asking us to give to some phony school fund that we know nothing about. Fill our burritos more. Have the staff be more helpful and not rude. Start communicating!
I won’t be going back to this Taco Bell until things change.

Pretty standard taco bell in general. This location is usually not busy, so any wait just depends on the staff. We’ve usually never had problems in general with this location, but this last time they royally messed up the order, enough where we had to call corporate to complain.

Slow service. Took 30 minutes to get to the window. When I opened my bag there were no napkins or hot sauce.
Revisited for Cinco de Mayo tacos and could not be more disappointed. Several items were missing ingredients, the portions were off for the ingredients that were there, and they clearly did not care how the tacos were made.

Of all the places she could choose for a birthday lunch, my granddaughter chose Taco Bell. She got what she wanted and was very happy with her choice.
