Went here today’s (Tuesday) a little after 12PM and order two cantina chicken tacos…. this is what I got. Completely unacceptable to pay $3.50+ for a taco to get very little protein and almost 0 cheese. Will not be visiting this establishment again and you shouldn’t either till they have some kind of damn quality control

Order toca with no tomatoes on it got them on it . Order burrito with no beans on it they put beans on it. They took 35min to complete the order. No employee to help out to fix the problem they all acted like there was no customer that need help in the lobby. The lobby was a mess dirty floors only on clean tables in the lobby. There was only 4 customer inside and 2 cars in the drive thru so they weren’t bessy

DO NOT GO HERE RUDE EMPLOYEES I came to Taco Bell, Thursday, July 10 at 1:15 me and my friend were just laughing because we just got off work and we are excited to go to Taco Bell and the lady was like what do you want and we said can we have a minute and then she said you guys are being annoying, taking too long which I thought was just kind of rude because I work in the food industry as well and I would just never treat someone in that way. And then we were laughing because we were talking about getting 12 cinnamon buns and then she said you guys are being annoying. I can’t even hear you I’m gonna kick you out if you keep talking like that. We were just really surprised because it was so random and we hadn’t really done anything wrong.Anyway, we go open our orders in the car right after and my friend and order 12 cinnamon buns and she only got nine and I got a crunch wrap with only lettuce and tomatoes in it here’s a picture for proof. Honestly, I’m just so disappointed with this service because Taco Bell is one of my favorite places to eat but not anymore. it seems like there’s LOTS if bad reviews on here so DO BETTER!!!!!!!

I worked at a Taco time many years ago. I love the food. The Payson location is about the only TT that I will ever go to. Taco time seems to be disappearing. What happened? You had locations everywhere! The cashier I had in Payson the day I went was great. She was very attentive and professional. I dont remember her name , but I think she should get a very good raise. And/or bonuses. She is great. She was an older (50 something) if memory serves correctly. Please do what you have to to keep her.

Placed a mobile app order for pickup and it took about 30 minutes past the ETA to be ready. Employees were not helpful and avoided engaging with customers waiting at the counter. The restaurant was dirty, and the food prep area visible from the counter was especially concerning—food on the floor and splatter on the walls. Overall a disappointing experience.

Whoever the fella with long hair was working on Valentines cant do his job. We went and ordered $30 worth of food. When we got home we found out we were missing literally over half the meal. So we ran back and told them. They put the rest of the food we were missing together and this time we got home just for them to have given us the wrong tacos anyways. Taco bell is already getting way overpriced. And now we cant even get the food we ordered right.

Me and my girl were starving and decided to go here. The chalupa was cold and stale and barely had any meat. It was all lettuce and tomatoes. I made the joke that I ordered a salad haha.
The rolled chicken tacos were super good, although they look nothing like the advertisement. They looked like frozen taquitos. They were so so good tho.
Everything else was fine, was just disappointed about the chalupa 🙁

The food is your standard taco bell experience. Drive through tends to miss items. 3 times in a row I’ve had to go in and get 1 item missing from my order. Double check you have everything but otherwise the taco bell experience you know and love.
