Ok, I know this is just taco bell, but I knew what to expect and this was way below standard, I got a chalupa that was so stale I thought it must have been a hard taco, but the receipt showed me the price and that I did get a chalupa just stale and full of 99% sour cream and 1% disappointment, why were the ratios so far off?? I did get a steak quesadilla and it was exactly what I thought it would be and it was fine Taco Bell 101, but then I got a diet Baja blast, and it was terrible. I love Baja blast I drink too much Baja blast, whatever they handed me was not a Baja blast it was a disgrace and the only reason I’m doing this review is because you should be ashamed Taco Bell.

I’m not a fan of kiosk ordering, and theirs was hard to follow, I thought I had placed my order only to find out it was not in their system. Once I had correctly placed my order, it was very slow in getting made as the drive thru seemed to be their only priority.
There were quite a few people working but none paying attention to in house customers, only drive thru. It took me several minutes to get someone’s attention to ask about my order. There was one young man that was helpful and apologetic when I got his attention.
The eating area was dirty, really cold, empty on condiments and spilling over on all the trashes.
The bathrooms were dirty. The food was cold and portions were small. Also, not made to my choices on the kiosk.
I read a lot of the other comments and it looks like my experience is common here and this is a brand new location. Someone needs to pay attention and fix things.
Not going back to this location.

Nice newer location, service and food lacking.
Order took longer than typical to come out and only one at the time. Patrons directly after us got their drinks after the kiosk and came with meal.
Everything was warm and not hot, except the Crispy Chicken Cantina Taco.
$0.45 per taco for tomato is excessive.
Nacho Fries were cold, old, and less then I’m the picture.
Crispy Chicken Cantina Taco which was good.
Bathrooms were clean.
Crushed ice is great.

I Just got home from and online order that I picked up at the drive thru. I ordered one of the poblano steak rolled quesadilla and a chalupa supreme. The quesadilla was TINY. It had two itty bitty pieces of meat on it. The chalupa was obviously something that had been made over 30 minutes before I got there. It was cold, the outside of the shell was really hard, and the inside of the shell was gross soggy. Likely a mess up from a previous order. I couldn’t finish it. I don’t expect much from Taco Bell, but, man. This was bad. This is a very poorly run place. Oh, and the woman in the drive thru didn’t even look at me or acknowledge me. She opened the window, forcefully stuck the bag out, I grabbed it, she pulled her hand in and shut the window. I’m not expecting a smile, but it was a weird interaction.

The dining room didn’t have a clean table in the building and I was the only patron at the time. Ordered my food from a kiosk and when they called my name for the food the girl couldn’t even acknowledge my presence and return a greeting I offered. To top it off my food was cold and the tortilla and chalupa taste like it was a month old. Do yourself the favor and choose another business.

Got food from the drive though, most of it was fine. Until we ate the Mexican pizza. The tortillas tastes like soap or bleach, but they looked fine. It was horrible! The taste lasted in our mouths for hours!

Me and my friend wanted Taco Bell because it’s our favorite. Never have I ever been treated like this by a worker. First of all we asked for a minute to think of what we wanted to order as one does. She gave us maybe thirty seconds to figure it out. Then we asked for another second and she yelled at us for taking too long in her drive through and how three minutes is too long to order. So I started to order while being rudely interrupted MULTIPLE TIMES about how she was going to kick me out of her drive through. (How one does that I don’t know). So she finally let me order after probably two minutes of interruptions. We pull forward to grab our food and our chicken quesadilla was not cut nor had chicken. She was still rude at the window and rolled her eyes multiple times with attitude. I have NEVER experienced a more horrible Taco Bell experience. It’s making me question keeping my Taco Bell shirt. I might burn it. Which is unfortunate because I love that shirt and Taco Bell until now was my favorite. This employee is making me rethink my love for the restaurant. I would deeply appreciate if she was talked to about how she treats customers and to lose the attitude.

Haven’t been to Taco Bell for a while long while. Just trying it out on the 4th of July. So far looks like a great building and the service here tonight is not bad. Not too bad $35 for four people.

I hate not ordering with an actual person, like refuse self checkout. This taco bell is a whole new level they dont even have a menu up above to look at. And not one employee greeted us. Another customer needed a fork and I felt like he put them out. I tried to ask a question and they ignored me. I do not recommend this location.

The crew that was on shift the night I came by to pick up my online order was messing around and not paying attention to the orders that they’d received assisted others and kept forgetting about my order. I had to remind them three times. In the area in which they were cooking, the floors were very dirty, covered with food, not swept or mopped.
