NOT a taco bell I will be returning to any time soon. Really only one employee I can say was pleasant to work with while getting my food. Others were very rude to customers while we were there. Our food was tossed together and when I say tossed I mean like here is all the stuff in a wrapper build your own. VERY disappointed.

The restaurant was great, the food was fine and the service was great. The reason for the low stars is the cost. 1 taco, 1 nachos and 1 drink for $12???? It used to be $5. Did i get more food for that cost? nope. Did i get better quality for the cost? Not at all. I just got taken advantage of by a big company that cries poverty and inflation while taking home record profits.

Ordered the $5 box (which they charged over $6 for). They forgot our cinnamon twists, chips & and cheese, which I Paid extra for, & a cheesy roll up. Went in to get missing items & they refused to give the chip & cheese so now I have a hungry child that didn’t get his food. Staff was also rude about it all.

I don’t know what has happened to taco bell as a whole but it seems like the price has quadrupled the quality is so so at best. I know minimum wage keeps going up but wow. And charging 35¢ for a dang water cup…. No need to return to a taco bell any time soon.

Ordered through the drive thru Tuesday (8/15/23) around 4:30. I usually get a fiesta potato with little sour cream and most of the time it gets forgotten but I’m not one to complain, this time sour cream was perfect (i’m picky so yes it means a lot lol). I’m am disappointed in the place. If i had a choice they get no star. They wouldn’t open there doors they said short staffed. They came to door had the order, but wouldn’t give it to us. Said go thru drive thru. There was 4 of them there. Ive worked fast food. Went thru the drive thru pick up order. Extremely rude customer service. He yelling at us like thru food at us. We started leave forgot a drink. Backed up to get it. Again this punk kid started calling swearing and yelling being rude bout that we backed in drive-thru to get our drink. He said go thru right way. No one behind us. The manager just stood there not saying anything. It’s not ok to treat your customers that way. Will not ever go back there again. I will tell everyone I know bout it. It don’t matter you don’t treat your customers that way. That boy was a jerk Hope you lose business at this location. You need to have a meeting teaching your workers in customers service . Not happy. I like tacobell. Never again to this one.

Paid $12 for food poisoning last night at this Taco Bell. Spent the night puking my guts out and now have to spend the day in bed with charcoal capsules. I was in and out, so great service I guess, however when I opened my beefy five layer burrito, I learned, that it was so fast because they LITERALLY DIDNT WRAP UP MY BURRITO. Paid extra for the extra sour cream for it to end up in the wrapper with all of the other condiments. What a waste of food and time. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone after this.
