They got my order completely wrong!! I asked for chips and cheese and they ended up putting nacho cheese in my supreme tacos.. I rechecked my order and asked for the chips and cheese again. Had to pay an extra 4 dollars for what was basically just crumbs!! This is a joke. Food was horrible. Save your time/money and go to del taco.

My husband and I travel between Idaho and Utah fairly often. We often stop at this Taco Bell in our travels. We have never had any issues, our orders are never wrong no matter how many changes we make, the employees have always been super nice, and the food always seems fresh and made with care. Nearly EVERY OTHER Taco Bell we go to always messes up our orders and the food is subpar at best. Just went to this location today and as a pregnant woman in her third trimester, the food just hit in the right way AGAIN and I had to come on and make a review. Just our experience, but both my husband and I say this is our favorite Taco Bell we’ve ever been to.

They don’t take orders at the counter. Want you to use the stupid kiosk. Then there’s 4 upsells you have to skip to pay. Taco came out WET. The outside of the wrapped was soaked. And the taco was soggy as if it had sat for an hour plus prior to selling. Idk why I I even went. What a disappointment. Didn’t slap.

I drove all the way from Idaho Falls to the mystical land of West Haven, UT on a spiritual quest for one thing: the chalupa.
Not just any chalupa, the chalupa that’s been kissed by angels and probably assembled by Mexico’s finest wizards in Taco Bell uniforms.
As I crossed the border into Utah, my GPS asked, “Are you sure?” and I whispered, “I was born for this MFer.”
When I finally arrived, the golden glow of the Taco Bell sign hit me like a vision from a crunchy, cheesy, wet dream. I ordered six chalupas and named them all.
If I could legally marry one, I’d say “I do” with hot sauce on my lips and zero regrets in my soul.
My only complaint? I can’t stop crying every time I remember that you can’t marry your food. 11/10, would relocate my entire existence into the food realm, just for this glorious greasy tortilla burrito godsend.
I was blessed by the chalupa (clearly, see the rays of sunlight hitting my chalupas!!)

“steak” grilled cheese burrito, with literally four small pieces of steak, unmelted cheese on the outside, and the majority of it is rice. Real cool.
“Steak” street chalupa. Yikes. Pretty pathetic

Came here late ordered at drive thru and when I took a few bites I noticed my chalupa was spicy but also it was cold . My daughter took a few bites on the Chicken quesadilla it was also cold and cheese was not even melted. I looked at my receipt and noticed jalapeño was added on my chalupas and crunchy taco, and I didn’t ask for jalapeños. The food was all very cold ! It’s sad the new generation don’t know how to cook food now days . Or how to take orders correctly.

The people made this experience pleasurable. They were pleasant, friendly, and did not make me feel like I was an inconvenience even though they were busy. I enjoyed my brief interaction with them and left feeling positive.
The food is always the same, which is always the same. You know what you’re getting when you order and this food lived up to it.

My order always gets messed up.
This is my 3 taco supreme. Not a big deal except you pay so much for supreme….

I took a couple bites of my burrito and I only was getting veggies and sauce. So I opened it up and there’s only 2 pieces of steak. Funny thing is they ask if you want extra sour cream and meat. I didn’t get the extra meat or sour cream. Lol wow..

I had a very bad experience due to this ginger teenage boy, i go in often and never have a problem, but i went in a few fridays ago, and i was served with the otter most disrespect. He was very rude and impatient with me, seemed annoyed with simply just doing his job. and acted as if i was inconveniencing him, might be wrong but i thought it was his job just to politely take my order. I guess not. Food was great though!
