This is the second and last time I’ve ordered from this location. Both times, the order was incorrect and the extra toppings I paid for were barely added. I paid $11 for a burrito that was supposed to be fully loaded, but it arrived flat with barely anything in it. You can judge for yourselves:

False advertisement and always give you less of a Of burritos than what it looks like in the photo false advertisement they never follow what corporate tells them to do and it’s sloppy my burrito has no cheese on it like the picture says and it is 10 times smaller. I’ve had this happen to me before and they corrected the situation in giving me a credit to apply and they’ve done it again. They do not know how to prepare their items correctly apparently to what the ingredients are and give you the smallest tortillas ever to make the stuff and it’s false advertisement. I’ve been to other locations. I’ve never had this happen except this one I will not go back to this one I should’ve went to the other locations. here’s a photo what it’s supposed to look like in a photo of my actual food I think the owner of this one is a cheapskate and makes the portion smaller to profit off people. This was not worth 12 bucks. This is worth like literally four bucks for the food here that I’ve been given.

Let me say, I’ve always enjoyed this Taco Bell location. And has actually been some of the most friendly and welcoming staff of fast food places I eat. I have actually tipped them a time or 2.
However the last 2 times I’ve gone recently my meals have been so off of what I ordered and paid extra for its kind of a let down. Like today paid $5 for one of there amazing freezes…. See picture to get my point. Not anything about that freeze screams appetizing.

this was the best taco bell ive ever had hands down. the nacho fries were crispy and fresh as freak and my quesadilla was like perfectly seasoned. 10/10 would come again

Sat in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes, which was just enough time to prepare myself for the ice-cold “food” I was about to receive. The tacos weren’t folded (apparently origami is too advanced), half of them were empty, and the Doritos Locos taco was so stale it could be used as a frisbee. Meat? Oh no, that must’ve been on back order.
To make it even better, they forgot items from my order. I love using the app, but what’s the point if your food doesn’t actually exist when you pick it up?
I know the saying “if I could give 0 stars, I would” is overused, but trust me—0 stars is generous here. The night crew on 9/21 should honestly not have a job if this is the best they can do.
Don’t worry though, I won’t make the same mistake again. From now on I’ll head down the road to the other Taco Bell—where shockingly, they actually know how to fold a taco and include meat in it.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Usually if you go to a place like this they won’t get your order right, but this time I made the mistake and realized that they couldn’t do enough to help me and they were very kind and patient in helping me get my order corrected but it was my mistake. So I thought I would do the right thing and mention how they went above and beyond to help me and my family. Thank you some lady manager last night she was wonderful

Thankfully their was a gal to come into the lobby to assist myself and sister just to place an order!! I DO NOT LIKE THAT CHANGE! I would rather be assisted by a human! Not sure I’ll be back, maybe drive thru will get us a human! We do enjoy the food too! And the assistance given! ✌

Came in ordered my food like normal and went to use the restroom and it was trashed and the toilet was awful! The dining room was a fridge and more money less food what is with that Taco Bell?! And I only seen 1 employee with their hair tied back everyone else looked sloppy and unkempt.

This Taco Bell is the worst I have been to. They treat customers with such disrespect they all need to be fired and start over. Especially the punk kid. He really needs a hair cut. He looks horrible vey sloppy dressed and groomed. They refer to you with different names very unprofessional. I ordered on the app so my order would be ready when I got there. They didn’t start making it until I got there. When I ordered I put ASAP. So they are horrible to say the least.

I am so grateful for taco bell this morning lol. A great start to my birthday. The girl who took my order in drive through was so kind and it helped brighten my day. I didn’t catch her name but she made my morning! (and the breakfast crunch wrap helped ofc)
