Since when do you put nacho cheese in the bean and cheese burrito. Disgusting. Where is the red sauce? And who pays seven dollars for a piece of crap crunch wrap supreme. That also has the gross nacho cheese in it with no meat and is spicy. I will never ever ever go to Taco Bell again. What a joke. $8 for nacho cheese, tortilla, hardly any meat… it’s gross. Don’t buy it. Honestly, don’t buy anything from there anymore.

It’s really pathetic that the best restaurant in cottonwood heights is taco bell, but it’s true. The food is so fresh and delicious at this particular taco bell location that the cooks should be commended. We have dined at expensive Mexican taquerias, and this taco bell is so much better than any high priced Mexican restaurant. Dine here and do not be ashamed to say that you dine here because this food is perfect, divine and affordable. I love this taco bell so much that every time I dine here, I wear a signature “taco bell” sport cap that an employee gave me. Bon appetit!!! Enjoy the best restaurant in cottonwood heights.

The evening staff on the window is terrible. I regularly visit this location. And I know that it is going to be a headache every time. This most recent visit they called us a liar and is routinely difficult to work with at the ordering window. I would rather eat somewhere else than deal with this person.

We came through their drive-through after my son’s concert for a quick bite to eat, as we were in a hurry. We ordered two crunch wraps – and the gal asked us if we wanted sour cream. I thought they came with sour cream? I had no clue why she was asking this?
We responded with “we just want them as is, just two normal crunch wraps.” My son is luke-warm on sour cream and I like it sometimes in moderation, but we still wanted some. When we pulled up I asked her to confirm that she understood between no sour cream and sour cream, we wanted the regular amount.
This girl informed us that she was asking if we wanted EXTRA sour cream. (Which – still not sure why she would have asked this?!) she not only charged us for extra, and but they slapped a ton of this stuff on our food. She told us it was too late to change the order cost-wise, and if we wanted them the normal way we would have to wait. We didn’t have time to sit there and wait. That’s why we did fast food in the first place.
My Crunchwrap was half sour cream on one side, and half lettuce on the other.
I don’t expect super quality food when I go to a Taco Bell, but holy crap – this was just dumb.

Went through the drive thru and when I got my food the the worker handed the bag and the card back at the same time. Grabbing both at the same time caused the bag to slip and fall on the ground. The worker didn’t say a word when we got tot he window which was already off, but then he blamed me and got very defensive after the bag fell even though it was just a mistake and no one needed to get upset about it. After they remade the food the worker handed it to me but when I grabbed it he held onto it and said “you got it” I said yes, he said, “are you sure” I said yes, he said “ are your sure cuz I got don’t want it to fall again” I said yes and he finally gave it to me. Genuinely one of the craziest drive thru experiences I’ve ever had

Skyler the guy who normally works Drive Thru is the best part of this Location. I come back just for him! Im a bit sad when hes not working lol. Dude deserves a RAISE! Never a bad experience here, everyone ive dealt with there has been great. Working Fast Food sucks but they make the experience fantastic. Never thought i would feel this way towards ordering drive thru. Seriously give Skyler a raise. Seriously…. Seriously.

Probably had the worst drive through experience I have ever had tonight. The night crew Manning the intercom was incredibly rude. Would add things I didn’t ask for for every item I ordered, including trying to charge me for extra protein and sour cream that I didn’t ask for and then acting offended when I told him to take it off. When I pulled up the to the window he didn’t say anything to me for a moment and then rudely said, “come on, let’s go!” In an aggressive voice despite not having said anything to me. They put one of our tacos upside down in the bag and all the ingredients fell out. I felt incredibly disrespected and I’m hard to displease.

Then they intentionally put onions on when there’s a food allergy and it was specified no onions they had to make it three times! While the gentleman in france was laughing saying throw more on! I’m sure you’re video surveillance has captured it all. Is it happened at 11:20 PM October 14th 2025. All it was was 4 bean and cheese burritos with no Red Sauce no onions. Horrible staff horrible horrible night staff. Cashier cheesy H should not be working in customer service at all he is MEAN and should not have a job there!

The guy taking orders in the drive through was asking questions in the most aggravating way possible. It was bad enough the lady in front of us was super pissed off. Dude should not be taking orders.
