Came to Taco Bell (Store#033165)for lunch and I was very disappointed with my visit, ordered a chicken chalupa combo with a soft taco supreme and a cheese double beef burrito, first not one greet me a young guy came at front and just looked at me no word nothing! I greet him and he still say nothing.
When i got my food it was terrible the soft taco supreme was cold the tortilla was crunchy and cold how in the wold the person making food will used tortillas that should be thrown away. One chalupa was super hard like is been there for long time and cold and the other was super soft like it was under cooked i know how a fresh chalupa looks and taste this one was taken out of the fryer way before the cocking time. Ot felt like a gordita soft not a chalupa.I order Extra-Extra sour cream on my burrito , the burrito has NONE of sour cream and the tortilla again old and cold . The only thing i was happy was my drink because they didn’t make it, i will never go back to this location terrible service and food.

Femboy friendly. Came here dressed as femboy. I got a Mexican Pizza and a crunchwrap supreme. I’ve gotten food from here many times before. One time it was really gross, I don’t know why, but just that one time. They have a new purple Mountain Dew flavor called Baja Midnight. Purple is my favorite color!

I don’t write enough 5 star reviews on fast food places because it’s really easy to get it wrong when food is fast and when the type of work is built for less than professional folk. But I need to give credit where credit is due. This location is closest to my home and I’m absolutely addicted to Taco Bell and have been for years so I go to this spot very frequently so my review comes with a lot of experience.
They are fast, accurate, and nice here!
Yes they’ve made a mistake once in a while, but that’s only been once in a while. This past weekend I went and due to a language barrier, I was not properly understood about which of my app rewards I was trying use. Instead of choosing to argue with me or tell me tough luck, they tried to remediate the problem. In the end they apologized, refunded me, got the order correct and said if I don’t see the money back to my card in a few days then I could come back and get more help.
It was a very positive experience when it could have been the opposite.
I really appreciate the consistency and tastiness of the food I have here

Don’t mean to be a Karen but I know why it’s only rated 2.0 stars. Went there at 1:25 am exactly, ordered a number 8 – 3 Doritos locos tacos meal, no sour cream and a Crunchwrap supreme meal. Ended up getting a normal Crunchwrap and a beef supreme burrito and beef crunchy taco supreme. Needless to say I will not be returning unless something changes or they actually start to care about their customers and their customers orders. Hopefully something changes soon.

I went through the drive-through and was the second one in line and felt rushed. The drive-through worker was mad if you asked for anything. The food was all wet when we opened it. The hard shell tacos tasted funny, and they didn’t get our order right. I wouldn’t recommend this location. I also didn’t get a receipt.

I hate this store. Every time I come here, they are so inconsiderate. Today I placed a dine in order on the kiosk. Several people were called but they never called mine out loud. I had to go and ask. Turns out it got done quickly and just sat back there getting cold. It feels racially charged. It feels like they don’t like interacting with white people specifically. Sad..

Came into order and the Manager was rude. Told me to go and order on the kiosk and would not help me I come inside because I would like my order done in person, but I guess that’s just too hard these days. If you cannot have enough employees to properly service, your customers then close your doors the regional manager needs to come over here and fix this problem

The atmosphere its ok but it does get out of hand for example the Utes just opened up with their 1st win, and it was their 1st home game. It got out of hand young college kids talking loudly on their phones playing music making other customers fell uncomfortable while eating their food. It was not good at all.

I have given this location multiple chances but after tonight I don’t think I will ever go back. The night shift workers for this location are probably the rudest workers you will meet. You never have time to look at the menu before you get asked 10 times if you’re ready. You always feel extremely rushed by the nightshift window worker. He glares at you and tries to get sassy at points. The food made at night is never what you order. The burritos and tacos aren’t even wrapped in the paper. The food is falling out or it is soggy and gross. Tonight food and experience was my breaking point for this location. The nightshift window worker as soon as I pulled up to the order machine I was being asked if I was ready to order and I hadn’t even stopped my car yet. Within a matter of a minute sitting there deciding between 2 people what we wanted we got asked 5 times if we were ready. When the food came out the burritos were falling apart and burnt. We got a Mexican pizza as well that had nothing on it. For $25 it was most definitely not worth it and I want a refund. I don’t ever recommend this location to anyone.

Not sure what meat they put in my burrito, was supposed to be grilled chicken. Costs over 8.00 each, and tastes so bad. Unfortunately I bought 2. Taco bell has really gone down hill. I will be deleting the app.
